Justin with True Blue Mechanical was amazing! As first time home buyers with no clue how to handle a frozen HVAC, it was such an easy experience. Scheduling was quick, we were alerted when he was en route, and he diagnosed and fixed the issue twice in one day. Personable and professional, we will highly recommend him in the future!

I've only worked with Justin, but so far it's all been positive. I had two other companies look at my system which was giving me problems but nothing they did fixed the underlying heating problem. My neighbor recommended Justin and he has since fixed the problem. I plan to use him moving forward for all my HVAC needs.

Justin is the man. Responded to my text within short time after telling him of ac unit not working and breaker tripping constantly. Dalton came out first thing in the morning and tried everything to get it running but issue didn’t go away. Found the issue quickly thereafter, which than Justin went over the options with me. Short story it’s end of summer and heat is still roaring, so Justin and dalton same day installed new ac unit. Definitely recommend.

Justin and his team were great. Very responsive when we called to set up an estimate and came right out to let us know our options for a new tankless water heater. While we were waiting for our unit to be delivered from the supplier we noticed our current water heater tank was leaking pretty badly. I contacted Justin about the emergency and he was at our house the very next day after finding us a different tankless heater we were equally happy about. A few hours later and we were back up and running with a new unit and hot water.

He was always on time, communicated well and took the time to explain everything. He and his team were very polite and left the area in our basement looking cleaner than when they started.

We will definitely be calling them again for any future heating or cooling needs or maintenance.

I would highly recommend True Blue. They were amazing from start to finish. We had to have our entire HVAC system replaced in the middle of a heat wave and they went above and beyond to make sure they replaced the system as quick as possible. Justin and Dalton are very knowledgeable, personable, and very throrough. The install was smooth as can be and the new system works great!

Justin was excellent!! Took his time doing the maintenance on both our units and didn't leave until he figured out what was wrong with our upstairs unit!! He was here for 3-4 hrs and our AC units are working great!! Just in time!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and use them again when needed!!

True Blue installed a ductless heating and AC unit in my ~200sqft addition. The room was previously only heated with electric baseboard and cooled with a window unit. The room is now the best conditioned room in the house and we now have no concerns about room temp while our two dogs spend the day in the room. System has been flawless for 2+ years.

True Blue also exceeded expectations when I needed an AC unit moved in order to pour a concrete patio at the rear of the house. The unit was moved and reinstalled after the patio was completed. The system was originally installed by another HVAC company ~4 years prior (just before our ownership) and never sufficiently cooled the bedrooms of our ranch house. True Blue found errors in the install and corrected them. They went above and beyond the original work requested and now the AC unit has no problem cooling any room in the house.
