This past week has been an absolute nightmare, going from (what we believed to be) a clogging issue, to then being told it was a dislocated pipe underground, to a few unforeseen issues with root cellar, groundwater excess,, crumbling cement, tar paper disintegration, (from decades old botch job) that were discovered upon digging.
Aiello crew came in NEXT DAY on time, went right to work and worked for many many hours until dark, on a job they probably estimated to be just a few hours and even with the frustrations of all the extra problems encountered, the entire team remained patient, kind, and most importantly focused on getting the job done RIGHT without cutting any corners..I was in shock yesterday looking out my window to see the state of our yard all torn up. I was equally as shocked this morning (in a much happier way) to see how great they put it back together. Awesome awesome job! Thank you Aiello crew!

Great service the only company out of 18 that came in a Saturday in the early afternoon when I was having a emergency as in flooding they understood what a emergency meant. Unlike 17 other company's where your basement flooding currently while you are on the phone with them is something that can wait for two days...call them

Booking a service call was very easy, everyone was very corteous and attentive. The time of arrival was very accurate and the technician Will, explained everything thoroughly and got the job done. He went above and beyond to get me heat and hot water. I am very happy with the service. Thank you Aiello.

I tried calling them on Xmas. While they were open, they refused to come out because in her words “I’m not a contracted member.” It was Xmas for Christ sake. I definitely won’t be giving any of my hard earned money to you guys now that I know how you treat people. You almost had me as a customer, but I’m all the way good. Thanks for literally leaving us out in the cold!

Great experience today with both Aiello electrician and plumber! The plumber repaired my sump pump very quickly. And the electrician did an inspection of electric installation that was not installed correctly. Did a thorough inspection and drew up a detailed description of what needs to be corrected. Prompt, professional, thorough, and reasonable prices. Will definitely use them again.

Scam. I was lied to about prices to get me to sign up for yearly service. Not only that i asked if the furnace was even worth getting worked on since our inspector told us it we would eventually need a new one. Well he charged us 600 to clean it and told me ot definitely has a few years left. During the cleaning he broke a piece off the furnace and patched it instead of fixing because the piece was expensive. ... well low and behold we had anther company come out and we will be lucky to have it last this year ..... beware especially if you're a woman ..i definitely feel taken advantage of and will never use or recommend

The gentleman were very polite one spoke to my children about watching the program Stranger Things. Then they went downstairs and quickly found the issue. The water was still running slow so, I went to their truck to let them know. They came back in and thought my filter needed to be changed. So, they did it for me and then the water worked fine. I was very pleased with your workers, politeness, upfront honesty about price, and coming back in to help me. They were very kind. I would recommend your company for anyone who needs a plumber. The installers were professional and efficient. We got our ac installed in a timely manner and the cost was lower than several other quotes. Very pleased so far.

Had the yearly maintenance performed this year, 2023, and the technician was polite and thorough.

The staff and the techs are very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The service is fast and efficient. But I didn't rate 5 stars because today marks 3 weeks since paying $7000 for a new service and I still don't have power. I've told multiple people multiple times over these 3 weeks that eversourse requires an email from the electrician stating the power is safe to turn on but aiello won't send the email. They keep saying they are waiting to hear back from the town about the permit. A simple email to eversourse could have had my power on long ago then address the permit after the fact.

Mike and the other plumber came today to hook our new gas stove up but more work had to be done than we expected so they scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday to come back with an electrician as well. We’re pleased with the experience so far.

Mike and Brody returned after the Holiday weekend as scheduled and did the work necessary to get our gas stove up and working. We had previously had an electric stove. Both were very pleasant and professional. The Electrician (Jason) had finished his job earlier on the same day…well done!

We are very pleased with Aiello and plan to use them again in the near future because we’re having a new Kitchen installed.
