Zak came on time and after explaining our problem with not being able to have cable installed because of an outlet connection he went through the whole house and said the problem was where the cable line was located in the attic and the technician needed to come back. He gave us quotes if he was to do the work and suggested we call management of the condo which we did to see if work could be done from the outside. A member came over said the main line was through the attic and no work could be done outside. So Zak said after we called comcast if they could not do the job to call and he would gladly come back.He was knowledgeable, honest and made us feel very comfortable with our decision we will definitely be using Aiello Home Service again.

Pricy, do your homework. I called for a cleaning and to check on a valve, and ended up with a "systems check" -- no cleaning and a giant quote for the faulty valve and other repairs not really necessary...make sure to let tech know what you're expecting, ugh, learned the hard way - paid out for info I already knew -- just wanted a cleaning and to replace a valve.
