Josh and Anthony came to my house today to do an Energy Assessment. Not only were they on time, but their level of service was exemplary. Detail oriented would be an understatement. They politely answered all my questions and took their time to make sure they "covered all the bases". I highly recommend Eversourse to anyone who wants an honest and thorough money saving assessment.

Our plumbers hired from Bantam were incredibly knowledgeable and even more impressive in their work. We needed an entire basement replumbed and it was done to the highest quality. I would name them but im not sure i can. We are so impressed and so happy. The work was life changing for us and our home.

Customer Service is terrible. I was charged $54.00 for a part that retails for less than $6.00. Contacted Customer Service and sent the details via email. No response. I called Customer Service and was told someone would call me back about this issue. No call back. There is no contact information to get around the unresponsive Customer Service. Issue is now ongoing for 3 months.

Beware. I have a water leak in a line going to my furnace. Called them at noon, told them the problem and they sent a furnace repair guy. He looks at it and tells me I need a plumber ( really?) and one will be there in the morning!!!. After 24 hours I still have a leak and no plumber. Service tells me he will be there sometime today. Is this 24 hour service? False advertising- Terrible. Also I noticed the furnace repair guy was a subcontractor. I can call contractors myself if they can't do things. I'm canceling my account with them.

We Had bantam wesson come out and do a energy efficiency audit on are home. The guys showed up on time, and where super nice and respectful. Along with being extremely meticulous with how clean they tried to be. Bobby and Josh both spent hrs here making sure they could get every little thing out the audit from caulking around the windows spray foaming cracks and crevices and much more im sure I missed. After the guys left my fiance and I looked at one another in disbelief how thorough they where, and the amount of time they spent. We actually felt a difference the same night. Are rather drafty older house felt warmer to the point we actually had to lower the heat from are normal setting of 73* to 70*. We just wanted to say thank you guys so much and we highly recommend this company and especially these two guys as well.

I have always had excellent service with Valley Energy, however, concerned with the change to Bantam. During the current cold spell Tank is below 1/4 full, despite being an automatic delivery customer. I have left a message on VM and talked to the answering service. To date, no call back and no oil delivery. May need to consider a change in Oil Companies.
I finally checked their web page and saw the process for requesting service. I received a response the next day and Oil was delivered on the date they promised and I didn’t run out. I sent them an email suggesting that the operators should have advised us of the process to request service vs. leaving a message. I also mentioned that they should notify all their subscribers of the process by email and to their credit they did.

I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Wesson Energy for 3 years now. I have never had any issues with customer service, emergency service, billing, or propane delivery. Always courteous, prompt, and professional. I called customer service today about problem with propane fireplace. After the problem was discussed and assessed, a service technician, was sent out, and someone was here before the end of the day. Rick discovered and fixed the problem, which luckily turned out to be a very simple fix. Can't thank the Wesson "family" enough for their prompt attention in helping me resolve my problem.

We always request one of their technicians for all work and maintenance: Bill. He is exceptionally thorough, explains everything and treats our equipment as if it was his own. You don't often experience such care, pride and professionalism. Also, Bill is just a very nice and sincere person.

Joe and Marcus just spent two days removing our old hot water heater and gas fired furnace and installing a new high efficiency boiler and indirect water heater. Their efficiency, work results, and professionalism were top notch! The piping, repiping, valve work and electrical setup look neatly organized to boot.
In addition, the quoting process went well and price for units/installation were competitive so experience has been great so far.
