I called BantamWesson and was able to have them come out in 48 hours. Dom and his assistant were great! They arrived 5 mins early and were able to get the job done in a timely manner. We had a fireplace insert installed in 2014. The propane fireplace worked fine for about one year . At that point the remote stopped working. Not a problem as I could still use the device by kneeling and using the igniter button. It Wasn’t that easy, but it still worked. This past winter, my wife decided to call and have it professionally fixed so the remote would work properly. The main reason was the pilot no longer stay lit. The technician came as scheduled but left without indicating additional work was needed. We thought the device was fixed since the pilot light was not working. That was in February and we heard nothing from the company from that point on. We did notice we were not able to start the device despite the fact that the pilot was now lit. When we called it was difficult to find anyone who could call us back and give us additional information. When we finally did get in touch with someone they told us that the fireplace insert needed a part so we waited. We were led to believe the part has been ordered. when I called back to ask what was taking so long, They asked me to look for a model number on the mechanism in my fireplace so that they could be sure to order the right part. This is now three months after the initial visit and the device still doesn’t work. Yesterday I finally received a quote for the part that would fix our insert. The quote is for $600 for this repair. I can tell you that I feel the company should comp these parts as we waited three months for any action toward a repair.
I rate this company as providing poor service to its customers. They don’t communicate well, they don’t return phone calls, and they don’t take responsibility for their poor service.

We had Bobby, Josh and Paul come to our house a half hour after the initial arrival time (very impressive) and gave my boyfriend and I a detailed review of what they were going to do, why, and what we could be potentially saving. They worked quick, but very efficiently. Once they were done they sat down with my boyfriend (owner of home) and gave him details of what we would be saving and their recommendations. We will definitely recommend these guys to our family and friends in the future.

Our Furnace went out right before one of the coldest weeks this winter...they came right out got us an estimate and installed it right after. They even came back to fix the wiring. Excellent customer service, reliable and dependable. They did great work!

These guys (Joe, Luis, and Ed) were an A1 operation. They knew exactly what they were doing, we’re timely worked hard, got past some pretty challenging issues with my house… They were gracious and kind and clean, they even took out my old air conditioners out of the windows and offered my son pizza when they were eating their lunch. They finish the job exactly on time. I’m thrilled with my new air-conditioning. And with this company. Worth every penny. 100% recommend them.
