Predators big company buying little companies stay far away. Will keep delivering even if on budget plan. Leaving you with huge bill. Terrible people was Arbor Oil customer before they took over. Shame Arbor Oil is no more was customer with them for 13 years. Lasted one year with Bantam Wesson.

I transition when it was Arbor Energy (which was maybe 5 years ago) then they sold out to these folks.
I know that I'm just a customer that can be replaced, but I'll take my hard earned money where I'm appreciated and not considered or feel disposable (which is foolish for any business to think or behave that way).

The technician gave excellent attention to detail and pleasant, professional communication for each step of the inspection and maintenance of my furnace, boiler, and automatic-backup generator, all in a timely fashion. He showed me problem areas (which he resolved) and the worn parts needing replacement, offered helpful advice, and cleaned up and took away the environmentally hazardous waste oil. I am very pleased.

We called Wesson to install a new furnance in our home over 2 months ago. The first gentleman to come out to our house, Chris, measured the duct work and space incorrectly. He ordered the wrong furnace for our home. It was installed, but was extremely loud at all hours of the night. After many calls to Wesson, most of which were unreturned, and weeks of waiting, the staff finally determined that he had ordered the wrong furnace. The proper furnace was ordered and installed, but we never received a refund for having to get a smaller furnace. Our calls have gone unreturned now for weeks, with no refunds and no answers. Terribly unprofessional service. Maybe we will receive a return call soon?

The installers were so pleasant though, very friendly and very helpful.

Bantam Wesson ads sound very professional and stress customer satisfaction and service but in reality they’re just a small town unprofessional organization. I was sold a central air system for my two story home built in 1942 but unfortunately the duct work was insufficient to cool the second story. This should have been looked into before selling me the system. After three years of repeated attempts to rectify this matter, I got no service nor satisfaction. I expected more.

Got a very competitive quote from BW on an airhandler & a/c compressor. They came the day they were scheduled and did a nice job. Had to come back to add a water overflow kill switch. I was concerned they might not come back without me calling but I got a call in a couple of days and the tech came back as promised and I'm good to go.

I was more than impressed with the work that Will Kraus and Jason K. did with the energy audit for our home. I never expected so much work to be done. They were conscientious, attentive, careful and knowledgeable. In addition, they were polite and personable. Thank you for having such fine employees. They represent BantamWesson extremely well. I would recommend them and you to anyone concerned with saving money and with energy conservation.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bantam Wesson 100% without reservation for any HVAC work, their technicians are top notch! My very old central air system died a couple weeks ago and needed a complete overhaul. While they were here, I had them install dampers in my ductwork to fix my broken zones and replace my old thermostat's with smart devices and install a new panel to control the zones using nest thermostats.. Joe and Luis did the work well beyond my satisfaction. The entire system works great now, the dampers were installed perfectly and air tight which made a huge difference when cooling my 2nd floor. Joe and Luis were on-time every day, courteous, answered all my questions, did not leave any mess, and the actual installation was of top quality. If I need any HVAC work in the future I will certainly ask for these two guys!

I've used Wesson for a bit over a year, and I have no complaints. They've been a great, full-service energy company. I use them for heating oil and for filling my 500 gallon propane tank. They also have serviced my air conditioning units and my furnace. I felt like their prices were fair; maybe not the absolute lowest, but pretty good, especially for a full-service company.

I was impressed that during the pandemic Bantam Wesson had a team out to do our energy audit within a few days. The team of Will, Jason and Ken were super professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough job...not to mention, very punctual! Add that to the incentives and rebates, you can’t lose! Thanks again BW.
