My husband and I were customers for ten years. When he died, Wesson still gave me excellent service for five more years. I had to move and depended on their expertise. They helped me after a break in where all the copper piping was stolen in my house. Came to my home once at two in the morning. Made sure my home was always taken care of in the winter through excellent monitoring. Being a home owner from thousands of miles away would not have been possible without their help. I was grateful for their excellent customer service. My thanks to Wesson.

Anthony and Ryan from Wesson Energy did an energy audit on our house. They showed up on time and stayed until every job was done and every concern was addressed. They were highly professional, explaining every detail of what they needed to accomplish and what they ended up performing. I was highly impressed with their knowledge, expertise and approachability when it came to questions and recommendations. I started the appointment with many questions and ended it feeling confident that I would see significant energy savings. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ryan highly enough.

BantamWesson came to our apartment for an energy conservation assessment, and they were outstanding. Josh R. and Anthony F. even went out of their way to fix our refrigerator door. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and just nice guys. We highly recommend them.

BantamWesson has the absolute worst customer service imaginable. Last winter I had no heat and it took 3 visits for them to resolve the problem. They kept saying it was fixed and then a couple days later I would have no heat again. Gotta love waking up to a 50° house, and having to miss work repeatedly to sit around and wait for them to fix something that should've been fixed the first time.

Now to this year: they came out for no heat, told me to buy a new thermostat when that turned out to be unnecessary (I found out one of the pins was just bent, heat was fixed immediately upon my bending it back into place with pliers, total outlay $0)

Now today: they were scheduled to clean my furnace and gave me a time window of 10am-12pm. As of 12pm they had not shown up. I called and was told they sent the tech to the wrong house (a couple doors down). They said he had just arrived there and would leave there immediately to come to my house. He did not show up for another 45 minutes. Unbelievable waste of my very limited time off. This place is THE WORST!

Jason K and Will came today to do my home energy audit. Extremely professional, friendly and neat - best part is they found a lot of things that needed attention that will save me a lot of money - with the rebates going on right now this free service is a no brainer! Highly recommend.

We started with Scoville Plumbing in the 80's, and were satisfied! Now with Bantam Wesson, my needs are taken care of very well. As long as Tom Scoville is there, I will be, too. Also, Chris knows this house inside/out! That's a real bonus!

I had Bantam/Wesson install a propane tank for a new generator last fall. They have been wonderful to work with. Pleasant customer service and very knowledgeable tech people. I am a happy camper.

The BantamWesson team came and were very polite , cordial and professional. Adherence to COVID restrictions and great information. The team communicated every step of the way and feel that Jason M. and Josh are well prepared and fully capable and knowledgable about their technical expertise. Update: The insulation team came around and got this house winter ready just in time for the season. They insulated the basement and used blown-in insulation for the exterior walls. The team was very professional and cordial. They cleaned up after their work and left everything in perfect shape. Thank you BantamWesson for the assist this season.

We chose Bantam Wesson for out new heat pump installation. Although the work they finally did was amazing....scheduling was an absolute nightmare. We were cancelled on 3 times - all 3 times we had taken time off from work, 2 of the times they actually showed up at our house and then decided not to do the job that day. We had 3 or 4 "consultations" and "measurements" before these scheduled install dates. One of the times, one of the HVAC technicians (on a day the job was not started) told us something was measured wrong - after 3 separate occasions someone already came over to MEASURE and we had already paid and signed a contract!
Again, we are VERY happy with our new heat pump and the actual installation was done very well, but the entire process leading up the the installation was AWFUL.

BantamWesson just completed the installation of two heating/cooling systems in our old farmhouse in Colebrook, Connecticut. The system included heat pumps and air handling systems and all the attic duct work and register venting throughout the large house. Given the large footprint of the old house, it was a very complex job. Lead technician Joe and his installation team did a sensational job. They worked tirelessly over the course of nearly two weeks, paying exceptional attention to detail. They were nearly inconspicuous in their presence while in the house. They left the property without nearly a trace of having been here, only leaving behind a wonderful heating/cooling system which will make our house very comfortable in both extremely cold Colebrook Winters and hot Summers. Mention should also be made of the BantamWesson HQ support team, especially Patricia and Anthony, who organized and scheduled the project. I highly recommend BantamWesson to anyone thinking about installing a heating/cooling system in their home. You won't find anyone better!
