I just stated service Feb 2022 I paid for bio plan ..now I received a invoice that I have yo pay annual tune up...how come..the girl said I don't understand and I have to pay..so what I paid?? So we just had an energy assessment at the house and learned so many new things! I highly recommend that you get it done for your home because you can save so much money in the long run! We got all of our bulbs changed out to be more energy efficient! 💡 We got our windows and doors checked and sealed! 🚪🪟Glad to know our house is very efficient which is good news but now we know what to do to keep it efficient!! 💚 If you live in the Connecticut area which I know most of you do I would highly recommend BantamWesson !!! Wesson Energy replaced a 60+ year old boiler with an updated system and also installed ductwork in the attic with an air handler and AC compressor. Overall, 11 people were involved in the project which took 3 days total. Wesson coordinated and arranged the different sub contractors, and the whole thing went flawlessly. All and I mean all the people involved were professional and a pleasure to interact with. All the guys worked hard and took pride in their work. I was there the whole time and did not hear one complaint even though it was hot and difficult. Kudos to Wesson and the pros they choose to work with. I am so glad I picked them after reviewing 2 other proposals. I highly recommend this Company. George C from Simsbury.

We just moved into a house that had the original mechanicals and thus were in fire need of an update. We called a few companies but ended up with BantamWesson as Mark and Joe from BW were so personable and knowledgeable. We actually enjoy working with salespeople that are knowledgeable about their product but applies no pressure to close the sale. Mark fit the bill to a T. Very relatable and patient during the entire process and even post-sales, taking the time to explain his thought process.
Joe and Luis were our techs and unfortunately I don't think the word awesome is appropriate enough, especially with Joe. Just like any old house, you won't know what you get until you start opening things. Joe was able to identify how inefficient the old system was and how to improve on it.
Instead of going with the original quote of a split unit system and having piping on the outside of a beautiful house, Joe was able to make and improve on the original heating design. He took his time to make sure we understood his thought process and walk us through exactly what work would be done. Joe even sold us on a Buderus boiler which we're super excited about for our next project. Imagine that, excited about a boiler.

We found that we had no heat on Tuesday January 31st in the afternoon. We called Wesson and they had a repair tech at the house within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the Furnace could not be repaired. Their salesman came almost immediately and gave a us a price on a new one. We agreed and it was installed by 2 p.m. the following day. The price was fair and the service excellent. You really can't ask for any better service especially in the dead of winter. We will be having them do our A/C in the spring.

Just had yearly service done for propane fireplaces. Dan the service person showed up. He did such an excellent job, inspected, changed batteries, vacuumed, soup to nuts. Anytime I need the company, hopefully Dan will be the service person they send. 5 Star rating!!

Peace of mind. Use them for oil and service contracts for my heating and cooling for my previous and current home. Had them do a home energy assessment on my new home. Bobby and Josh were very professional. 6 feet apart, wearing mask and foot covering.

I should have worried more when I used the website to request to be contacted re: furnace service plans last summer, and never heard from anyone. When heating season started I did get a couple of automatic deliveries, the last one in early November, but no more -- so no surprise I almost ran out of fuel last week when the cold snap hit. I get it that they were busy -- but no way to get through on the phone, and no returned phone calls or website messages, means I've left for another company where service was easily arranged right in the middle of the cold snap.
