Climatech Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning Services

I contacted Climatech for a heating issue in my office. I had spotty service from another company in the past and decided to try someone else. Their response was quick and their technician was very knowledgeable and repaired the issue quickly. I will be using Climatech in the future for any issues I have with my office space or my home residence.

I went to their web site and entered a service call. Someone from the office got back to me shortly after. The technician came out in the afternoon and made the repair. The price was fair and the service was good. The tech's name was David. I would definitely use them again.

The technicians (both named Joe) were professional and friendly. When an unexpected issue arose after a repair, the company returned to diagnose the problem. My heating system is 30+ years old, so it was an unseen issue. Joe worked the problem through and got the whole system 100%. I’ve used Climatech for five years on my HVAC and split-systems. They always do an outstanding job.

I used Climatech once. Since I'm not a millionaire, I am unable to afford their HVAC services again in the future.

Absolutely the best! My water heater died early this morning, water everywhere. Climatech had it removed and replaced with a shiny new one within in a few hours. Prices are very reasonable. And the men that came to my house were polite and charming (and they cleaned up afterwards!). Great people who do a great job at a great price and do it very quickly. What more could you ask for? I'd highly recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Boiler died on Thursday night. I'm a new customer to them and I know they were busy. It happened to be the coldest night of the year. I gave them a call, and within 30 minutes a salesman was here. He went over my options and gave me a price first thing in the morning. Three hours later, two technicians were at my house with a new boiler. They worked into the night to make sure my family had heat. Awesome service. Simply awesome.

I wish I remembered everyones name so I could specifically say how great they were. Sales was great, service even better.

They should teach courses to other HVAC companies on how to be awesome.

Called around 6 pm when I came home to no heat. They came about an hour later, diagnosed it but couldn’t fix it due to not having the part. Charged $210 diagnostic fee. They came the next day to put the part in. Originally told it the part was $110, and the total for day 2 would be $695. When I questioned it, I was told “I’m new so I apologize I gave you the wrong amount”. The tech (who was great by the way) came, put it in and told me that it was more than $110 for the part. Still don’t know how much. Bottom line is that my heat was fixed about 24 hours later, and I paid $905 Probably wouldn’t be choosing again based on the lack of clarity.

Great communication ahead of install date. Knowledgeable technicians removed the old and got new heat pumps replaced in less than a day. Would recommend to a friend/family.

First time customer, I was offered a same day appointment. Joey arrived on time and did a great job fixing the issue and explaining everything to be done.

We were told our system had failed and needed to be replaced and were left with no air conditioning last week. Called up Climatech, they came in and added some refrigerant to system to get us going so we would be comfortable. We were happy to be cool and they gave us a discount on the new 410a system which was installed within 7 days. The first company we called wanted us to stay in a hot home and melt but we were thrilled when Climatech came out within a few hours of our call. I dont ever post reviews but was so pleased with Climatech's work I had to share. These guys at Climatech are great and I won't hesitate to use them in the future.
