Our boiler died right when the temperature dropped and we didn't have heat or hot water. Brian and his team came out right away when other companies wouldn't. They were thorough in their diagnostics. Their admin team gave us a clear service plan and didn't try to up-sell anything. Brian and team were able to get our heat and hotwater restored in a timely fashion, and even offered space heaters for the house during repairs. Thoughtful and quality service! I highly recommend!

This is a great company! We called with issues at the beginning of the week and they sent a tech out same day. Joe (our tech) fixed the issues and had phenomenal customer service. We called again about another issue at the end of the week and he came out quickly and resolved the issue once again. Great company, great techs, great customer service!

We called climatech due to a problem with our boiler. They worked with us and sent someone out the very next day. Joe was our technician and I can't say enough good things about him. Joe was thorough and extremely professional. He walked me through the entire system and was quick to fix the problem. He provided recommendations and answered all of my questions. Climatech is located 40mins from my home and i would rather pay the extra small fee for them to come out to my house then to try anyone else locally. They are that good and that reliable. From the very first call I was treated as if I were their only customer. Our central air went during the heat wave and we needed it replaced quickly. Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year. I called them well after hours, and they got right back to me to arrange to get the dumb thing fixed. Not only did they fix it, but they also serviced the unit and brought it up to snuff in no time flat. We will definitely give them a call for our next AC or heating issue.

Tech came out and determined it was a clogged filter, took the time to get in the attic and check the system, vents and compressor. Very happy with the service
