They answer the phone, Stephanie, a real live person. She got me in touch with one of the technicians. I asked for same day service, and that's what I got. Joey, the technician, came to my house and repaired my A/C. Knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. He did not try to sell me anything. He just repaired the problem and left. He actually remembered me from the last 2 times I called. I would recommend Climatech in a heartbeat for your HVAC repairs.

Our oil boiler stopped working the day after getting our last oil delivery. I called Climatech right away that morning when I discovered the heat and hot water were not working. They had a knowledgeable technician out to me that same day and had us up and running before he left. I always call Climatech and count on their dependability when we are in need. Definitely recommend them to anyone who has HVAC issues!!

Very sneaky company, Called for service (Central AC blowing lukewarm/weak) And agreed to a $200 diagnosis fee over the phone upon arriving home tech was already into it had covers off and everything, I walk up to him Introduce myself as the homeowner And was probably told I was up to over $800 in cost. WHAT??? So i asked the man WHYY He explain to me the diagnosis fee. Was separate from ANOTHER fee to “Test” my system just to see if it needed to be topped off with r22 or leaking (refrigerant) okay then what exactly is the diagnosis fee for? it’s simply for them to show up and check the air filter that everybody changes on their own quarterly Literally my grandfather at 83 y.o can swap the air filter i did NOT ask for that.. Any testing (to see what’s wrong with your system) WILL BE ANOTHER FEE $200 ( even though you’re under the impression the $200 initial “ diagnosis fee“ fee is going to give you a diagnosis, NOT THE CASE with climatech) If you need to be topped off with refrigerant (i needed 1 pound) that would be another $200. then they try to” clean the coil” for another $200.. i Quickly denied him that and told him I will do it myself in five minutes with an air compressor simply blowing out the dust from the fins of the coil.. I never authorized any of this (aside from the $200 diagnosis fee) luckily I got home in time to stop him from “cleaning” my coils. The tech himself was decent he was not very pushy And seemed like he was just doing his job I believe it’s the company that forces these UP SELLS. RESULTS= after all said and done the man came took a cover off did a 10 minute test and topped my system off with 1 pound (low amount) of refrigerant for over $600, would’ve been over $800 if I didn’t stop him from “cleaning my coils”. Please YouTube this it’s a simple task they charge over $200 for. after The tech left I noticed very little if any change at all in my system (cooling) coils where spotless.. I had to get other companies involved to actually fix the problem and explain exactly what was going on. i do not trust this company after reading deeply into the reviews from various web sites that were very similar in equally horrific as my experience .. Other PROFESSIONAL HVAC techs were absolutely flabbergasted at the cost of this company For what I actually received.. I should’ve paid no more than $250.- $300 tops, lesson learned.. DO NOT GO WITH THE First COMPANY that pops up on google, they pay for that. it’s advertising costs that definitely gets passed down to YOU. like I said the tech himself was cool unfortunately the company was one of the worst financial waist experiences i ever had with a service company… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED will never EVER call again.
*disclosure* I never called the company back. I couldn’t possibly trust anything these people say or do after that experience. I wouldn’t want them anywhere near my ac/heating system ever again after being burned for so much money my trust in the “professionals” at climatech was completely violated and non repairable. The only reason for the second star was the tech himself was on time and cool

My on demand propane system suddenly stopped making heat (in the middle of January mind you) and I gave Climatech a call to help me address the problem. Not only were they very quick to arrive, the technician was very professional, timely and very knowledgeable and solved our issue. Safe to say, I will always choose Climatech for any of my heating and air conditioning services for the future.

I reached out just for a quote to replace my water heater, someone called me back immediately. They asked me to send pictures of my current water heating system to them and they would recommend a new system. I sent the pictures, didn't hear back for a week. I reached out again, they responded that they would need someone to come out for an in-person inspection. I asked when, and they stopped texting and said they would get back to me. Never did respond...

Our oil furnace stopped working suddenly and after reading good reviews we called Climatech. They had someone here the very next day and text to let us know when he’d be coming. The furnace was repaired at a reasonable price and the service man was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The next morning our heat was out again and unfortunately it was on Thanksgiving. I called Climatech that morning and left my number with their answering service. I got a call back about an hour later from a service tech who had already notified our repair tech from the previous day. He assured me he would be back out here in about an hour. He arrived within the time promised and realized when he got here that a valve had been left off. He said it was his fault and had to redo the steps from the previous day and made sure our heat was back on. He even gave us some more information on a part that might need to be replaced in the future and what to look out for in case it did. He didn’t charge us a thing. He came out on Thanksgiving morning and he didn’t have to tell me it was his fault. I know absolutely nothing about oil furnaces and would never know otherwise. If you want a fast, honest and reliable company give them a call. I never write reviews but this was something I want people shopping around to know.

I purchased a replacement AC Unit, gas furnace and a gas water heater, with installation service from Climatech. The crew arrived in the morning and were quick to work. They were friendly and informative, answering every question I had. The team wore masks whenever interacting with me, as well.

They faced challenges with this job. Very right working space, a small utility room, and bad water shutoffs that had locked up. They overcame every issue and still finished in the afternoon. The job had gone great.

However, we ran into an issue with the property management who reviewed the work after Climatech had left, and stated the AC unit needed to be moved a foot or so over from where it was installed. This was my oversight as I didn't research the rules before hand.

I was very concerned and anxious, so I called Climatech and told them what had happened.

Without complaint, Climatech returned the next day and disconnect, moved and reconnected the AC unit - all without charging me anything extra. That's customer service! They could have easily charged me for this since it was in fact my problem, not theirs. They could have not made someone available so quickly, as I'm sure they had other plans for the techs on the second day.

I am very grateful to Climatech for not just doing the job so well the first day, but cleaning up my mess the second day.

I strongly recommend Climatech to anyone interested in an excellent customer experience.
