Matt and his team were professional, courteous, and completed the installation in a timely manner. Matt is very responsive and provided follow-up for the incentives and rebates. We rely solely on the heat-pumps for our heating and cooling needs. So far we have only gone through the winter and we did not need a secondary heat source. In fact, Matt's team removed our oil baseboards, furnace, and oil tank. We also installed a heat-pump water heater and it works well. So far, we are happy with the upgrades.

Spring Climate and Norton Heat Pumps was what we chose two years ago after a long search for our New England country home. The performance and quality have lived up to our expectations. It has transformed the quality of our year round environment at the house.

Excellent product. Quiet. Energy efficient. Our installation has five zones and two 36000 BTU outdoor units. I used it for AC and it was so efficient that we never used more than 3 zones at one time. The installation was super professional and I have recommended the system to several friends and family.

Their heat pumps have one of the highest efficiency ratings and they meet all of Energy Star's high performance requirements and are AHRI certified. Both of these organizations are non-profit and non-biased. Both certify that Norton Air Conditioners' heat pumps meet the very high efficiency and performance stated by Norton Air Conditioners on their website. This was very important to us because it is a third party certification.

Matt and his crew did a great job installing our Norton mini split heat pumps, Matt was great to work with. The Norton system is very reliable and cost effective.

We would highly recommend working with Matt and his team. We hit a few hiccups because of our older system they were replacing and some of the old wiring, but they communicated every step of the way. Any time I had a question Matt was quick to respond.
