I can't think of one thing that needs improvement! It was great service, wonderful knowledgeable technicians, and the best quality service ever! I would recommend this business to anyone looking highly qualified service. I have included a photo of the installation ...it is a work of art. If I could give them zero stars I would. Almost 5 years ago I called them to service my HVAC system. What did they do instead? They came in and started measuring, then they let me know how much a new HVAC would cost - over $6K at the time. I called another HVAC business, Ray Eramo, and he told me I had more years on it and he was right! I had 5 more years before I needed a new one.

If you want to get RIPPED OFF, Nero is your place!!!

Had a great experience start to finish with Nero. They were very courteous and professional, and communication was also top notch start to finish. Install job was done very well, it's been several months and I don't have a single complaint. I will be using them again for any of my HVAC needs moving forward.

Nero did a great job switching my home from oil to natural gas heating. They were helpful, on time, clean/neat and the communications were great throughout the process. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best, my Carrier A/C system was on the way out. These guys came and quoted a Trane system that was competitive with every one else, scheduled the work and got it done all within a month of first contact. The guys that installed my system were top techs, everything by the book, I checked them several times and everything they did was correct. I'm well pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by Nero. They changed equipment in my geothermal heating system, performed a repair in my studio, and recently installed an Energy Recovery Ventilator. I appreciate their willingness to work an informed and interested homeowner in the design phase, their attention to detail, and the professionalism of their installers. Well done!

Our furnace died two days ago. I have called twice to be told that it will be at least a month for a service call. We are elderly people, one person is wheelchair bound and the another is handicapped. How can a company not be able to make service calls to their own customers? I would never recommend them. We bought a complete and very expensive system through them and are extremely disappointed.

I have used Nero twice now for general HVAC issues I've had with my new house and both times I have been so incredibly pleased with their response. Everything from their scheduling office responses, timely arrival, technician knowledge and professionalism, and (most importantly) price were great. Both technicians (Steven and Dave) that have arrived to do work identified the issues quickly and resolved them in under an hour. They were always friendly, answered my questions, and gave solid advice on maintenance issues.

I honestly cannot give enough praise to Nero. For the $125 diagnosis fee of their visit, you'll get your solution and work done for a great price and have the peace of mind knowing it was done right the first time. If you're in the New Haven area and need HVAC work done, Nero should be your first call.

The technician who came to look at our furnace was very unprofessional. He failed to explain what was broken and why it needed to be replaced, to the point where my stepmother who was visiting had to explain what he was talking about. The prices were also exorbitant. I ended up finding another company who is able to do the job for almost $4000 less. Overall, not a great experience with them. (Also this account is under my maiden name, if they are unable to find my name in their records). However, if you need quick service, they are able to provide that, and all of the people who actually do the scheduling and dispatching are very friendly.
