My mom’s water heater broke this week. She called Rousseau plumbing to get it replaced. The receptionist, Caroline, was exceptionally helpful. She worked with my mom around their very busy schedule and got her an appointment for an install quickly. The new water heater is in and Marcus and Garret, the plumbers who did the work, were fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. The job was completed in less than an hour and my mom now has hot water and peace of mind. Worth every penny.

We called Rousseau earlier this month to consult on an extensive repiping job. Everyone we spoke with was efficient, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. We were given a quick and fair estimate, our appointment was set up promptly, and we couldn’t believe how quickly and thoroughly they finished such a big job. Jarrett and Morgan even came back to answer questions and make sure that everything worked. We received great service and I’ll happily recommend Rousseau to anyone in the New Haven area.

Rousseau Plumbing is consistently clear, helpful, on time and reasonably priced. The work was done neatly and I was shown exactly what was done, which was exactly what I had been told. I will be using Rousseau for all my plumbing needs.

Rousseau Plumbing & Heating did an AWESOME JOB for plumbing repair and drain cleaning. They completed their projects very quickly and professionally at a reasonable price.

New vanity install took 5+ hours, guy was clearly taking his time for billing purposes. Additional “plumber” came to help move old vanity and charged an hours worth of labor at full rate. I would look elsewhere especially as they “refused to give quotes” - clearly they take advantage of this policy

Best Plumbing Company in the area!!! The only company that would call me back when I had issues. Jarrett is very professional and has always been a very clear communicator. Rousseau has provided excellent service for many projects at our new home all for very reasonable prices... (Clogged Sewer Drain, Installed Utility Sink, New Gas Line for Stove AND emergency help for Frozen Pipes in winter!!!)

Fantastic service from Rousseau Plumbing. We had a leak in our ceiling and they sent someone right away. The plumber, Morgan, was amazing. He found the leak, diagnosed the problems, and helped us to identify next steps. Because the pipe needs to be replaced, he walked us through all steps and helped us getting a contractor and a plan. We've asked him to stay on for the entire job. Each time he has come to the house he has been so kind and easy to work with; has gone out of his way to make sure not to disturb our 11-week old baby; and has taken the time to explain everything he is doing, and why. He has even been willing to check out the rest of our plumbing, show me maintenance strategies, and make sure we don't have any other lurking issues. Best plumbing service we've ever had, cannot recommend Rousseau enough. Ask for Morgan if you can get him.

I've been using Rousseau Plumbing for all of my Plumbing work for years and they are without question the best in town,maybe the entire state. Recently my on demand water heater stopped working on a Sunday morning of all times. I called and left a voicemail at 9 am , not expecting a call back right away, and by 9:05 the owner, Jarrett, called me to discuss the problem. ON A SUNDAY. MORNING. He later text me that he located the part needed, ordered it, and had his guys at my house that Tuesday to begin the repairs. Unbelievable. That kind of service is unheard of these days. Jarrett and his crew are professional, and explained everything. Fair, honest, dependable, on time. Don't call anyone else. Call Rousseau Plumbing. Highly recommend!!!

Right on time, very professional, and good value for money. Unlike a different plumbing company that overcharged significantly, the pricing was fair. Marcus was very kind and explained the steps he took to drain our radiator system, fix a leak, and refill the system again. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks!
