Technician was prompt, friendly, and sensitive to the fact that he was charging time and 1/2 since it was the weekend. Great experience and excellent service.

Chris was very professional and personable. He was also very helpful with our son, David, carrying in some very heavy water. Great job done by Chris!

Worst service ever! We’ve signed up with this company for only 4 months, and we had no heating TWICE already because LEVCO was not able to deliver oil on time, which is the very basic service an oil company should offer. Don’t use this company if you don’t want to wake up in the middle of a winter night finding your home freezing EVERY OTHER MONTH!

Can't give zero to post so 1 star. Only 2 months into contract and have been watching tank gauge to study use.

I called to get tank filled before the holidays as tank was very low. I was told that's unusual I must have increased consumption

What does that have to do with I need a delivery? They did not deliver? I called back next day still no delivery, third day mad. Along and still no delivery, no follow up as to when it will be delivered

Still waiting. If you are looking for new service go elsewhere

Gentleman from Levco provided the annual servicing of our furnace. Arrived on time, performed service within 45 minutes as he stated and was pleasant and efficient.

One of the 20-year old furnaces in our home developed a major crack, and we needed a replacement quickly. LEVCO gave us a very competitive quote, and installed the whole thing two days after giving them the OK, including an optional humidifier. We now have a brand-name, modern, more efficient furnace for a price that was very good compared to the two other quotes that we received.
One competitor said to beware- that oil companies won't install fuel-efficient equipment - something that proved not to be true. Another competitor was much higher in price, and when I asked why, he said that oil companies get better prices from furnace manufacturers, which could be true.

Based upon this experience, we will use LEVCO to replace our other furnace next fall.

The company called me to do the annual service We didn’t have any problems with the heat in house during service Levco customer dep called me at work and informed me that my system was shut down do to problems with the Chimney after they performed the cleaning.They left the house with no heat in 20 F weather.Please be aware of this company !

Levco Oil Co. has been professional, reliable, and quick to respond to questions or needs at my New Canaan Home. 8 good years together and now I'm moving on to Geothermal and natural gas...but for Oil heating, I recommend Levco!
