The best company I've been with! I've tried all: HI-HO, Standard, etc! By far Levco are the best! They respond to an emergency within minutes, they have knowledgeable and courteous technicians, they do a thorough job and they pick up the phone every time! Levco sets the bar high in this industry and they are a local company! You are the best!

On a snow day we woke up to no heat at 6 am. I called Levco and they arrived by 8 am; diagnosed the problem, got supplies, and corrected the problem so we had heat back in the house that same morning. We have been a happy customer for 29 years. Thank you Levco for excellent service.

The LEVCO crew did an excellent job in replacing my central air conditioning system this week. They were prompt, clean and very organized. The system has been humming quietly since they left.

Tech identified the issue quickly and was able to resolve it in no time. Great service! Thank you

One word to describe this company. CROOKED! They charge for services not performed and charge credit cards without authorization. Horrible customer service and dishonest company. BEWARE!

In response to Levco's response, bc they admittedly had not performed yearly maintenance on boiler, despite being on auto pay every year, which led to our boiler crapping out this March, we told Levco they were no longer authorized to charge on our card and we were no longer using them after they refused to refund. To avoid lawsuit they agreed to perform AC maintenance. After they inspected units, they sent bill that stated they had already charged our credit card for filters we didn't want or need. More important, this was after they were specifically told they were no longer authorized to charge on our account & we no longer had a contract with them as we terminated bc of their deceptive practices. So their response is just an admission that they charged our card w/o authorization. As I originally advised nothing but CROOKS!!!!

Was interested in switching propane providers. I live in Stratford, one town over from Trumbull where they are located. Their website states they service Fairfield county, however I was promptly told they don’t typically deliver to Stratford. So I’m not sure why the misinformation on their website. From prior reviews they seemed like a reputable company, I was looking forward to giving them my business but will look elsewhere.

Technician was through, and pointed out two parts of the system to watch for leakage. Nice guy, too.

On yesterday's visit, the technician diagnosed the issue, identified it as a task for a plumber, and executed a temporary "work around" fix that will serve us well until our plumber can come over. As usual, Levco came through as champs...that's why we've been Levco clients for over 30 years.

We had formerly been with a local Fairfield oil company for many many years until it was sold. Levco has already really impressed me with customer service and very competitive pricing. Happy I got that little mailer postcard and called you. Its a big operation of oil companies out there and you have personalized service with a small town fit. I know I will have a warm home this winter with reliable friendly service.

Very poor customer service. I called twice because the technician Levco sent failed to perform an important test as part of the annual service inspection, resulting in a serious issue related to my heating system. The representative with whom I originally spoke seemed very standoffish about it but said he would speak to his manager to see what Levco could do for me. Never called back. I called once more and I still did not get a call back. Low initial prices to draw you in but then treat customers like garbage.

A storm knocked out our power and once the power was restored, no heat or hot water. Levco had a tech out in short order to make repairs, but the damage was extensive and more parts required. Ted, the technician went the extra mile to get the heat and hot water restored until the final repairs could be made. I could not be happier with this service.
