My home warranty company sent a guy to fix my air condition. This guy left saying he was going to bring parts and never returned. 2-3 weeks later, Salem Heating & Cooling was assigned the work. He was punctual, able to diagnose the EXACT problem and he took time to explain to me and answer any questions I had. He left, returned with with needed parts and the problem was fixed. I also called about my heating and requested the warranty company to assign the job to Salem and Heating due to the excellent experience I had with them concerning my air condition unit. He was punctual, quickly diagnosed the problem and went for parts and now I am enjoying the heat in this cold weather. This guy is such an awesome professional who knows his job. He talks to customers in a respectful manner and listens to their concerns.You are in safe hands with Salem Heating and Cooling.
I called Salem Heating and Cooling on Christmas Day because of no hot water. The service technician came out within the hour and was able to fixed the issue immediately. I was expecting to get hammer with holiday pricing but the cost of the service call was fair and reasonable considering the circumstances. I would definately recommend and use Salem Heating in the future.
Anthony is the go to guy!! I highly recommend Salem heating and cooling! I have an old house and steam boiler system that no service guy could fix and then I found Anthony! He was very knowledgeable and explained to me why the system wasn’t working and he fixed it in no time. Quality doesn’t cost, it SAVES.
My furnace motor died on Friday evening. Fortunately I got in touch with Anthony of Salem Heating through my home warranty service provider. I found him very responsive. He visited my house on Sunday, diagnosed the problem, put in the request for new parts and installed new motor on Monday. Cannot thank him enough for getting this done in timely manner.
Purchased a new home and converted from oil to gas. Went from a low efficiency oil boiler to a high efficiency Navien boiler. Very friendly and professional. Competitive pricing, solid work. I will be using Salem Heating & AC for all future needs.
It's ok to say you're too busy to take on a new client. It's not ok to return a potential new client's call, discuss the problem for 15 minutes, ask for pictures, and promise a quote and a service call, then text the next morning to say, "sorry, I'm too busy. Call someone else".
They seem real nice and I'm sure business is good, but beware of any company that acts like this.
Terrible customer service, set up with sears home warranty, came out weeks ago and will not respond to either Sears or my own phone calls to come and finish the job, avoid at all costs.
