Great communication! Very pleased with my recent annual service. From the personal call ahead to the email reminder and also being notified when the technician was en route. Made it very easy to manage my time. I even get en email when my delivery is pending which is much appreciated. The Sales Manager, Cristina, was awesome at helping me get my service scheduled timely to ensure I am ready for the winter!

Locked into the fixed cap agreement at 6.19 per gallon in June 2022, plus paid nearly $500 for the contract. Filled 250 gallon tank in Dec, when oil prices were down and again in Feb. Still paying 6.19. I feel duped.

Most repairs are solid. Would prefer that they have 24 hour repair services/response, as emergencies with burners and plumbing are never known in advance and don't necessarily occur during business hours.

Excellent service performed at my home by Tony. He is a great asset to Hoffman Fuel. On time, courteous, and performed the job without fail. Love doing business with Hoffman Fuel.

Recently found out after being a very long time customer that new customers are getting oil for 1.25 a gal less. I will be changing oil companies once my contract is up. Awful how they treat loyal customers

I had a contract for my A/c through
Hoffman Fuel. Hoffman fuel for years Never had an issue with them ever until now
They came out and serviced it may 26th. My annual contact expired mid June.
My a/ c was not working so I called them. Since I didn’t renew my contract for my AC in June they said they would charge me to come out a crazy amount Totally understandable though

I called A&S Nathan Heating & Cooling,llc/ Allen Nathan. They came out within an hour
Dave was the tech. Amazing service and come to find out
@hoffman fuel never did a through cleaning My outside unit he showed me was disgusting

Hoffman was my propane provider for heat and hot water. Without notice they raised my rate per gallon from $2.30 to $4.50
I cancelled my service after taking a year to get them to lower their rate.
When I cancelled, they charged me an extra $200 for picking up three propane tanks when it should have been only $100

A bunch of crooks!! Don't use them at all!! They price gouge like crazy, charging $7 a gallon as form of price protection.
