Get the feeling they take long term customers for granted, just expecting that you won't look for other options. They do keep my tank filled and respond to service calls in a pretty timely fashion however
Worst company ever!!! As a first time customer was promised delivery in Friday, did not receive it. Than promised Monday still not received a delivery, than told Tuesday or Wednesday. This is after the initially setting up account in which my information was all wrong including town I live in. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.
I called and they didn’t even answer the phone in a professional manner.(Usually I would have hung the phone then,But it was December 30,so I did not have many options).I told them the problem they said they could have somebody come out and look at it but I had to give them a credit card and give them a $300 deposit.They told me was $125 to come to my house so I said OK fine but why do you need a $300 deposit they said they would not come without a deposit so I gave them the deposit.They called me back in a couple hours they gave me a price of $2000 I said that’s a lot for that job.I called another company New Year’s Eve to see if they could have somebody come out after the New Year’s they call me back they came out that same day I had hot water on New Year’s Eve no thanks the Hoffman’s .then it took 2 weeks to refund my money.I would not recommend them
Everything I call about a bill payment , they can never figure out the right amount ..customer service has no idea , what’s going on ..will be switching soon

Please tell me how you justify charging customers only 10% less for oil when crude oil is down 50%?? This company is ripping off its customers!!!
