The customer service department was exceptional at helping me schedule my furnace repair and oil tank replacement. I can't express my thanks enough.

We had our old boiler replace at a cost of $10.00-$12.00 Hoffman send out an installer. Hoffman was paid in full. however ,farther inspections there were short cut were made. like there weren't any shut off valve install on the zone I had a total off 4 zones and each has it own circulator which I requested to have it install. Reasons for four dependent circulators,. Just incase one fail . it can be independently shutoff , while the other three still heating the house. That's why you need to have the shutoff for each zone to be installed for I/m Shocked there weren't any shut off valves installed? Hoffman trying to omit parts so they can make more money out off their customers. SAD ! On top all of this, They use older parts (components)They did a hack on the duct work. It look likes some one was hitting it with a hammer!!An Air damper wasn't install on the duct. Another short cut Hoffman did to cheat customer out of their money. Call customer service about the situation The list goes on. This is S AD! Very SAD!! Contact customer service, Waiting for a call back. Three weeks and counting. That is why you shouldn't paid in full. once they have your money. It is very hard to get anything fix. even a phone call back. Don't be like my other half, so quickly to hands money over. One more thing Hoff man charge my credit card without providing an invoice. or our permission.to do so, I don't know about you, but I think it is illegal.

Hoffman Energy service technicians are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their work is always first rate.

Horrible customer service. I called them to asked them why they haven't deliver oil to my house and now I have no heat and I have two small children and and elderly mom. Customer service was no help at all she just kept telling me is you have a balance and kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I got so upset I had to disconnect with her because she was being very rude and was not letting me talk all she kept saying was you have a balance. SHE WAS NOT BEING compassionate.. I always pay the bill but installments.So why was she giving me such a hard time. Definitely do not recommended to anyone. This company doesn't care about their customers ...I will definitely be reporting them to file a complaint .

It almost fells like a scam dealing with Hoffman. They hope you won't check your bill. If you have variable rate they will charge you over 40% more than the average oil price. First time I caught them doing it I got a credit. I'm done with them after the second time. Be aware.

Watch out..This company promises great service and reliability and fails miserably. We paid for a yearly contract to cover annual inspection but they guy left without doing the inspection. He missed identifying a broken valve Hoffman never followed up on the repair. I would rate them minus zero.

I've been with Hoffman for 1.5 yrs and so far, so good. They are a bit expensive but I found their service to be excellent. They have many billing options and are willing to work with you. I've made service calls in the past and I've been very satisfied with all outcomes.

Be very careful with Hoffman, My first year service contract was heavily discounted then next year they charged 3 times more without my permission. Keep an eye on your credit card charges. Their website do not have any transaction history to see why each charge

Had a very worst experience working with the employee here. At the renewal, their prices is .50 cent to $1 higher than other companies. They rep and also one of the supervisor promised me to keep the new offer price till end of the contract. After few days later when the oil prices went up, their ethics went out to drain, their prices went up higher. Stay away and shop around before agreeing on the prices.

Hoffman Fuel has consistently been a great provider and service company.
