Always quick to respond. Nick is the best! Our Carrier unit was purchased and installed by Air Solutions over 10 years ago. I wouldn't have anyone else service the unit.

Got 3 quotes, 2 priced the job with the wrong equipment, that would not have fit in the space we had, the job was done quickly, efficiently and when the job was complete our space was left immaculately clean, like they were never here!

Had Air Solution come to fix my air conditioner and had the worst service. The employee had an attitude, was super rude and very unprofessional. He didn’t fix the problem and charged me a lot of money!!! They didn’t follow up as they said they will to find out why the system was leaking, the guy just put refrigerant charge a lot for it and that is! The problem still persist and I had to call another company to fix the problem and that’s what he should had done in first place!!! Find out what was the source of the problem.

After providing a competitive quote, Air Solutions installed our new HVAC system in one day. (When it looked like it was too big a job to complete in a day, they sent 5 vans to get the job done by 5pm.) The next day, I noticed that some PVC piping shreds had been left in a hard-to-reach area of my basement. When I called, they were at my house within 30 minutes and went above and beyond, vacuuming my entire basement. I would definitely hire Air Solutions again and will certainly use them for my HVAC service and needs in the future.

I called and asked for a simple diagnostic appointment to have someone look at why my son’s room isn’t getting warm. The gentlemen on the phone said no problem, we will be there later today and will call one hour before we arrive. I never received a phone call and no one showed up. I emailed them on their website and someone called me to say, “we tried to call you to explain that we wouldn’t make it.” Flat out lie. They never called. Will not get my business..
