I have had the worst experience ever encountered. I purchased an AC from Air Solutions & repair. I have had @least 7 house calls trying to repair it since I purchased it. It is now 18months into the warranty & need a new compressor. I have called 10 times in 3 days. I received an invoice in advance of 920. To pay for labor & fees. I signed the invoice & waited for an install date. I was told 7-10 days . I asked for a Mgr or another resolution as to wait that long in Miami in the month of May is impossible. I was told to pay full price for another compressor 1500-2500. I was referred to the mfg of the compressor. I called & the rep told me only the distributor can call the mfg as they do not sell to consumers, I was then told to call the distributor. I called & was told only the company who they sold the compressor could call. 3days later I’m no where. Can’t reach a Mgr of rep!!!!!!! I have called the condo association & had Air Solutions name removed from recommended list. I’m still waiting .
Jesse was friendly, proactive and very helpful. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and professionally. It was a good maintenance visit. I always have confidence in the service performed by Air Solutions!
John and his team did a great job installing my new Heating and Air Conditioning systems. The team were professional, polite and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to answer all questions I asked concerning the system. They installers also cleaned up after the units were installed. I highly recommend Air Solutions Inc. Thanks John and Team.

We've had a maintenance contract with Air Solutions for 10 years. Our contract recently renewed for $3462, which entitles us to 2 maintenance services annually and supposedly preferential treatment on service calls. But Air Solutions doesn't call you to set up those dates. YOU call them -- and there is a month long wait. When he finally came, the serviceman (there's a different one every time) checked the AC system -- found one zone frozen -- which requires a callback to check it when it unfreezes. Again, no one called me to set up that appointment. I call myself and spoke to 2 separate remote Customer Service people who could not schedule anything. No call afterwards from Air Solutions to set up a service date. I finally spoke with someone today, and was told that I would now pay for a call-out fee to diagnose the system, which I was reminded and is now 19 years old. I can see the prep already for replacing the equipment without a diagnosis. Air Solutions is out of control. And my blood pressure is through the roof.
Very professional business. They had a cancellation and called to see if I wanted service that day. They texted when the service tech was on his way with his picture. Jessie was on time and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Air Solutions.
I requested a quote for cleaning my ducts and converting my wood burning fireplace to gas. Dino was on time, friendly, respectful, knowledgable and very professional. I received my quotes within 24 hours and they didn't include any surprises. A very good interaction!
I just called to give air solutions a second chance after what they did to me months ago. The woman on the phone was a complete B. She asked me if I had the wrong number because we had issues in the past. I don’t know why I even called again. My mistake.
….Thanks for the response. I never asked for a diagnosis over the phone nor did I ask to fix my water heater because that’s not the problem, which is what I specifically said to you. While you laughed under your breath when I said I have an emergency, I understood that you did not want to help me in any way. You cannot justify what you just did. That is not customer service.
Charged an extra hour of labor. I’m happy to donate that extra hour of labor to the hard working people on the ground but their management team, including Dino and Christina unfortunately have no manners and were unnecessarily defensive about me pointing this out. Will not be using Air Solutions again.
We have been using Air Solutions for propane tank installation and propane delivery. Their employees are always professional, courteous and do an excellent job. Communication is excellent. Thank you Air Solutions, we're happy to be a customer.
