Gus arrived on time after calling to advise of the appointment status. He evaluated our home for possible conversion to heat pumps. We look forward to possibly working with Air Solutions.

I have purchased an HVAC from them in the past and have them come for seasonal maintenance. Special shout out to Jonathan who has done our seasonal visit. He was very nice, professional and meticulous with his work. He inspected / cleaned our HVAC and air to air exchanger giving us cleaner air and better air pressure while leaving our house cleaner than when he arrived!

Air solutions has been our installer and service provider since "forever" . We are always pleased with their attention to detail and help when there is an emergence. MY MOTTO: THINK AHEAD and get your service early to avoid issues when the temperatures are either high or the cold too low.

Air Solutions installed the very complicated heating and cooling systems in my home in 2008 and did a great job. They have maintained the systems ever since. Their technicians are very skilled and very polite.

Always great to work with Air Solutions. I’ve had them install and maintain my propane boiler and heat pump. They always go above and beyond.

What kind of company hires people that drive like maniacs? I just got cut off by one of their vans in the corner of Selleck and west ave. Just checked for damage and my headlight has a scratch on it. Meanwhile they just sped off with no second thought. This happened Friday 6/15 at around 5:15

If I could give this “company” 0 stars I would. A few words you might want to consider before using them: Unresponsive, Unprofessional, rude, incompetent, abuse of time and service. They showed up for 15 minutes to tell me “yes we know this is a problem with every residence around you but people just live with it”. Then charged me $300, without authorization.

Air Solutions is the absolute BEST!!! They are Professional and Trustworthy we would never use anyone else. We highly recommend using Air Solutions!

Air Solutions, Inc is reliable and professional business. They always do a great job at solving heating issues.

A newly installed HVAC system (6 months) was noted to not be heating adequately. A defective sensor was found and replaced 2 weeks later after the part was received (?supply chain). I was told that I was leaving the baseline heating too low (56 degrees) when we are not in the home and that it should be 68 degrees. I am not sure I believe this and find it would be very costly when the home is unoccupied, especially since we have left the home at this lower level for over 20 years when we are not there without any freezing over issues.
