Exceptional service. I purchased the top of the line Carrier Infinity furnace about 11 years ago. There was, due to poor design, a potentially serious problem with the secondary heat exchanger. Carrier instituted an extended warranty plan that covered about 50% of the cost of replacing the heat exchangers in the event of a failure. Statistics seem to suggest you should get about 20 years use from a properly installed and maintained ultra high efficiency furnace. I got 11 years out of Carriers very best furnace. In the midst of covid, and during the winter, I had to contact many dealers in order to find one willing to do the repair. C&C stepped up and did a great job. Omar, in particular, was amazing. Highly recommended.

Whenever I have HVAC problems, I always have concerns on who to call. Getting someone to show up on time and for a decent price is hard to come by. That being said, I had issues with my air conditioning last year and called C&C. Pat and Stacey went above and beyond with coordinating the service appointment, showing me my options, and fixing the issue promptly and for a reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will continue to use them whenever I have an issue. I'm a very happy customer!

When Astacio and Russo couldn't help with my emergency (no heat), C&C came through! Omar was awesome - he fixed the problem and was professional and polite. I'm very pleased with my experience with C&C.
