    This service and is overpriced. I would not recommend them. I paid $1,300 for them to do a pre-winter system inspection and prep. Two weeks into having the heat on, I already have an issue with the heat. They wanted $500 just for someone to come out or wait over a week and still charge $150 just for the visit. They only warranty their $1,300 service for 30 days. Definitely not worth the cost.

    It was just an interview for a price quote on working together for a generator project. I have never experienced a more professional company . Emails immediately, texts as reminders of the appointment. I received a text from the technician prior to his arrival. He came exactly when promised. Dino was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was wonderful to work with. I received a thank you note after the appointment. All I can say is that I have never experienced such a professional company that is so detail oriented. I love it!!!!!

    wonderful to work with. They are on time, professional, pleasant,
    knowledgeable. Just what any homeowner wants in a company.

    Jonathan A. completed the yearly inspection and maintenance competently and took the time to explain this procedure to me.In addition, I was impressed with his technical knowledge and ability as he also quickly responded with a solution to a A/C pump problem I had been experiencing. His pleasant manner and professional response was really appreciated. He was a pleasure to deal with and excellently represented Air Solutions service.

    I came across this HVAC servicing company on google (a refined search based on location) and I’m thankful that I did. After two previous service and “diagnostic” visits by another company, I felt scammed as not only did they not fix the issue, they seemed to only be interested in sale pitching me things I don’t need for our furnaces. Alex from Air Solutions was honest, direct and straight to the point. He serviced the system, found that the issue was that the insulation installed wasn’t properly cut, reducing air flow. He also rewired our thermostats, which was denied by the previous company, telling me I would need an electrician. I will only use Air Solutions moving forward as I feel comfortable with their honesty and integrity!

    I have been a customer for 2 years now, and the service has been excellent! This is my first time having an HVAC system, so I always have a lot of questions for the technicians, and all of them have been super helpful and happy to take their time to explain how things work. Just had Jonathan A. for a regular AC maintenance, and he even went out of his way and offered some help with my dehumidifier! Thanks!

    I've been a prior client of Air Solutions and they've been very good, but when an emergency came up of no heat on a winter Sunday, they totally failed. The woman who answered their phone at 10am said they do not offer Emergency Service and it would have to wait until Monday. I then checked their website, and saw they do offer Emergency Service. I called the woman back and then she did offer she would call the dispatcher. I also sent a note via the company's website about the emergency. No response whether to the email or second phone call, then two hours later I called them again. Another woman answered the line and said it would be a $300 emergency service charge and she would have dispatch call me with the arrival time. She called back a few minutes later and said they were totally booked and that Monday would be the earliest they could arrive. Ten minutes later, a third woman called me and said they had a cancellation for one of the "emergencies" that had filled up their day but now the cost would be $450. I mentioned I was just quoted $300 a few minutes prior, and she said that's because "you are not a member." I pointed out that I have been a fairly regular customer (last work done 6 mos earlier) and knew nothing about becoming "a member." Then a fourth woman called me back and said emergency service is ONLY available to "members." Nothing about "membership" is on their website. Horrible way to treat people dealing with an emergency.
