If I could give them no stars I would, called to schedule a propane delivery put on hold left call back number no call back, called again on hold for 30 minutes decided to try another extension on hold for 20 minutes spoke the Chris couldn't help me transferred me back to service on hold for another 20 minutes finally spoke with Cindy she was able to schedule a delivery but over an hour just to schedule a delivery not good. My daughter had the same problem no call back and then on hold for over 30 minutes. That's not how you keep your customers.

Very fast answering, and the technician arrived in just a couple hours, he had all the parts needed handy to fix the problem with my heater. I’ll definitely recommend them. Job well done !

Had a problem on Sunday morning with the furnace. Tech person came out in about 45 minutes and after inspection, replaced the blower motor. It did not take that long to replace the motor. Very happy with service. I highly recommend Petro.

they have been poorly servicing my boiler for almost 10yrs. recently found out from someone else servicing it that there was a huge hole in it where carbon monoxide was leaking out. this should have been caught years ago. they offered to put in a new boiler but never called me back.

Having a problem with my Central AC. Called for service early in the morning on Wednesday 5/27. Was able to get service same day. AC Tech showed up on time. Diagnosed problem, determined which part was causing the problem, replace it, AC back up an running. There was a service charge for the visit, but was reasonable. Excellent Service.

The Technician who came was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time to ensure that the leak issue was resolved to our satisfaction. He had been to our house in the past, and knew exactly what was needed. I also was impressed by the fact that during the covid crisis, Petro is taking care of all its customers if they do not have any heat.

The man that came to our house was very nice. He fixed a lot of things and followed the covid rules. We have never had service like this before. Usually it's just clean and leave (by other companies) but he actually repaired things and was very honest with us.
