Precision Mechanical LLC

We have an old residential boiler system and had some difficulty finding somebody who was comfortable working on the system. After calling around we settled on Precision Mechanical.

I liked the automated notification the company sent prior to the appointment with a picture of the service technician. Greg serviced our system and was extremely friendly. He explained everything he was doing as he worked which left me with a better working knowledge of my home heating system. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even though Precision charges by the hour, the total still came in under what some of the flat-rate competitors quoted me for the same work.

As a new homeowner I have heard some horror stories about HVAC businesses, but I am happy to say that this is not one of them. Greg was knowledgeable and straightforward and I will absolutely stick with him and recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work.

Our heat/hot water had shut off for a few days over the holidays and we couldn't figure out the issue, so we called Precision based off of the great reviews they received on Google and we were not disappointed! Greg was our technician and he was on time, very knowledgeable, he was also very kind. They'll be our new go to for HVAC needs!

Hand down the best HVAC service in the Manchester/Hartford area! The 2 installers I had at our house a few weeks back were courteous, knowledgeable and definitely experts at what they do. They came a day earlier than promised and installed a new AC unit w/ all the connections in less than 4 hours! I could not be happier with this company especially when the closest quotes for the same units and work was more than $1500 more! Other companies are gouging, these folks are not- that’s a stand up local company and I will use them for the life of our house related to all our HVAC needs! Support this local business folks, they are one of the good companies out there!!

Had a mini split installed a few years ago. They were quick with the est and very accommodating to my tight schedule for installation. We had a problem pop up the following year but Precision was quick to resolve the issue. Been having them service it every year since and each time the tech Alan is prompt, clean and thorough. One time the tech was sick (which happens, not a worry) and the Mark, the owner came out for the yearly service the same day. Laura is a pleasure to work with every time. Would highly recommend!

I've used Precision twice since buying my new house. Once for help with AC, once when the weather started to get colder. I have found them to be prompt, friendly, professional, and a good value. Will definitely make them my go-to HVAC help as long as they keep being this excellent.

Alan did a great job diagnosing and resolving our IntelliHot boiler issue. The company that sold the boiler to us looked at it first and told us the whole unit would need to be replaced. I'm glad I called Precision Mechanical LLC for a second opinion because Alan took the time to analyze and determine the root cause which he then proceeded to fix. We are definitely loyal Precision Mechanical customers now, after only our first service call - thanks to Alan!

Precision has helped do maintenance in my old boiler, install a new boiler when the old one broke down, and continue maintenance before every winter. Their services have always been professional and I appreciate it when they go through each issue and are upfront about all of the associated costs. Highly recommended!

Got to see Alan again for a repair of my boiler tank (indirect heating) that was leaking. I met Alan when precision mechanical installed our HVAC system. While the part was not immediately available to fix the boiler tank he was able to install some valves in order to continue having water in the house. He was really personal, efficient, and attentive to detail!

I've been looking for a company that could offer a service plan for my AC unit, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater and after researching all the HVAC companies in the area Precision Mechanical offered the best service and value. The techs are knowledgeable and professional and very detailed, unlike some other companies that only inspect your equipment, Precision Mechanical does a full tune up and cleaning of the equipment.

I recommend the Precision Performance club for annual tune-ups on your HVAC equipment.
