I contacted Precision Mechanical LLC because we were having an issue with our heating system and they came to repair it in a timely manner. The team is very professional and performs excellent work and they are very detailed!

Everything from the installation of my Hydro Heating/Air Conditioning upgrade to the first tune up of my boiler, the process has been seamless. I recommend Precision Mechanical wholeheartedly. Courteous and prompt.

We called Precision Mechanical and they fixed a problem we had with our church boiler room contols with their first visit. The other companies are still scratching their heads about why we were getting freeze warning alarms for years. We made it through the latest deep freeze without a single alarm. Kudos to Mark and Precision Mechanical. They are now our Boiler and HVAC system maintenance service provider.

First time I used Precision Mechanical. I will use them again. Mark was thorough and helped me understand how my system worked and what I should be concerned about. I am well pleased.

Precision came out on 6/15 for call. Said it was cut wire, unit was working. I came home from hospital 6/30. Unit wasn't working and froze. Called office; no call back. Had to call someone else as I'm serious asthmatic (i.e., 3 meds a day, hospitalized, etc.). Second guy comes out, puts freon. Unit freezes again but doesn't thaw. Call Precision back, talk to tech, then office. I'm ON THE SCHEDULE FOR EMERGENCY CALL. That day I get text. "So sorry. Alan can't come. Mark (owner) suggests you call someone else" Really? Mark, when a customer has a serious medical issue and has been waiting THREE WEEKS for you, has an appointment, show up. Never again.

Extremely responsive to heating emergencies. Knowledgable and experienced technicians have continued to support our needs, putting the customers first. I highly recommend their services.

Quick to respond and did a very nice job on my ac unit leak. We are very happy with the work they did for us.

When problems arose with the furnaces at church the response with timely even on busy cold weekends. Furnaces were back online as quickly as possible. Technicians fully explained everything that was done and if anything else needed to be done.
