I bought a line set 2 weeks ago, in checking found parts for $100.00 less. Spoke with Tim the next day after we recieved and ask him to pick up at our shop. He said he would the next day. 2 weeks went by and Tim did not pick up the parts, when I called him to ask why he did not he gave an excuse that his boss said they will not accept returns do to epidemic that is going on, I said this is un acceptable and if he will not return the parts I would have to dispute charges with credit card company. Tim kept refusing to take back 2 week delivered parts, I drove parts back to Robinson supply in East Hartford, Ion at counter took parts and gave me a invoice stating parts where returned but said he could not refund the money spent. I told Ion if he issued the refund I would stop the dispute. Ion said he could not issue the refund. I call our credit card company and explained what I was told. Credit card company will now try to get money returned.
BE AWARE WE DID NOT GET ANY NOTIFICATION ABOUT THIS NEW RETURN POLICY IN WRITING OR IN VOICE. WE FEEL THIS IS UN FAIR AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
ALSO THE COMPANY PRICING IS HIGH AND YOU CAN FIND WHAT YOU NEED FOR LESS ONLINE.
WE THOUGHT BECAUSE OF THE MANY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPENT WITH THEM THEY WOULD TREAT US BETTER.
NO CHANCE BUYER BE AWARE BUY SOMEWHERE ANY WHERE ELSE TO BE TREATED FAIRLY.

Ian who works at the counter is super nice and always pleasant when u walk in if they don't have a part they will order it and have it to you next day

Delivered there this am and they got us out very fast! Professional place.

Their hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Saturday 8am-12pm (Noon) and closed Sundays
