Don’t ever use this KV mechanical company. They charged us 4 hours of labor, $400. For a job that took 15 minutes, resetting the rooftop unit manually. This was after scheduling an appointment on a Friday, which no one showed up for and then no one picked up or returned any calls from the emergency contact for KV all weekend. Finally got them Monday morning. Horrible communication from them and highway robbery on billing people. Don’t know how they sleep at night. Stay away from KV, use East Hartford Heating and cooling, they charge by the hour show up on time and answer there phone when you call.
