The team at Precision Mechanical was responsive and followed up with us several times while waiting for parts to arrive from the manufacturer. Alan was also thorough in explaining everything going on with our unit. I would highly recommend them.

Alan was amazing. Prompt, personably and considerate of my time and my investment. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had my envoy enjoying my AC again on the hottest day of the year. I will never call any other service when I have an HVAC service need.

Installed a ductless unit and central air handler combination in our house. Everyone who worked on the job was very respectful of our house. Ron was very attentive and responsive to my issues.

Update (December 2021): I have been working with Precision Mechanical on my heating system, and they have been very prompt and responsive with the issues we have been having. Mark just left the house, and he has been a pleasure to work with, and even helped me install a smart thermostat on the spot, when I didn’t think I had the right wires. Very good experience.

Laura and Allen were both great. They were professional and knowledgeable. Laura got us on the schedule quickly and helped when I needed to reschedule. Allen took the time to explain the issue we were having with our central air (in part due to the poor work done by a previous company), repaired it and came up with a plan going forward if we have more issues. Only Precision will do my HVAC maintenance going forward!

Had a Christmas emergency. Expansion tank failed and sent a steady running stream of scalding water directly onto the floor. My plans for a family get together were over. I called in an emergency repair request and within a short period of time owner Mark was at my house. He knew from the pictures I sent what the problem was and had the new part in hand walking through the door. Replaced and back up and running in very little time. I was actually able to make my dinner party and was very thankful. I only hope Mark made his in time! Highly appreciated and definitely recommend.

Mark, Ryan and the entire crew did a great job installing a split system in my sunroom and and converting and replacing my oil heating system to propane. The Customer Service and quality of the equipment and Installation were superior.

I can’t thank you enough for coming out TWICE to save the day. We previously moved into our new home two weeks ago to the day. Of course our luck ,we noticed the heating not working on the second floor the very next day. I called precision mechanical and they could not have come out faster. The gentleman who helped us was absolutely incredible. He was Courteous,polite and empathetic as all can be. We have two small children under 3 and the temperatures were Frigid with the coldest room being my infant daughters. Hired to install a ductless system on my first floor and a ducted heat pump/AC system on the second floor, as well as a new water heater. Happy with the price, assistance finding the right energy loan program, and plan of action. Friendly technicians, great support from office team. Helpful text notifications when techs were on their way. Work done at my house went as planned, and with surprisingly minimal disruption. Top notch service by the whole team

I am extremely thankful to Precision. I haven’t had consistent heat for 3 weeks and I finally have heat after reaching out to them. I was working with a different company and felt rushed; as if they were quickly trying to diagnose to move to the next customer. With precision, they were very honest from the beginning (I have a very difficult furnace thah would stop working without an error code). They came out and told me exactly what to expect and what would happen in a few hours and what we needed to finally diagnose. The owner kept in contact with me all throughout the week while we figured this out and everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for giving me my peace of mind again!
