I don’t know what happened with this company but it’s gone downhill. After replacing 3 parts,They argued with me that it is normal for my water to get colder after 3 minutes in the shower. Additionally they argued they don’t adjust mixing valves, apparently they just replace them. Absolutely horrific service. Call someone else. I did (after wasting so much time and money) and my water is hot as long as I need it to be, just like it was prior to this issue!! Video is just the audio my friend was so baffled at our conversation she started recording it. That’s the owner. Good luck!

Almost $200 to solder one copper joint. Took 30 minutes. Left solder drippings and old piping on the floor. This $200 does not include the charge just to show up. Pricing was not provided until work was complete. Just one of a few negative points from the one and only job this company will do at this house ever again. Wyman was the third appointment I made while I called around trying to find the one that could show up the quickest. Another company was capable of showing up the same day as Wyman, but Wyman indicated they were familiar with this house based on knowing the previous owners. So I cancelled the other appointments. Big mistake, especially after calling one of the other companies in hindsight just to see if my experience was industry standard. They confirmed it is not standard. Wyman didn't know I cancelled two others to give them business, but I doubt they would care. They take having customers, especially new ones, for granted.

Wyman Energy is interested in fixing your problem, not selling an unnecessary product.

Take this example: I asked 4 different companies to quote a repair on a broken piece of the frame for my ductless AC system (less than 5 years old), causing the system to leak condensate. 3 of the companies quoted me thousands of dollars, to replace the head unit (or in one case the entire system). Wyman Energy called and said they could replace just the singular part at a fraction of the cost and a fraction of the time.

Always great service by Wyman Energy. Anytime I need propane, oil, furnace cleaning/service, or A/C tune-up they are always prompt. I recently called the office for a delivery and they immediately know who I was and a truck was out to my house in no time.

My family and I have used Wyman Energy for decades, and recently we have had them out for both residential and commercial work, including regular maintenance, a hot water heater replacement, emergency plumbing and boiler service. I had a flood in my home that ruined my furnace. I needed a new furnace fast, as a serious cold snap was forecast. Other companies said they couldn't get it done before the expected cold weather. The crew at Wyman sprung into action and got it done! Kevin, Brandon and everyone I delt with at this company was courteous, competent and efficient! I recommend them 100%.

I woke up the Saturday before Easter to a cold house. My thermostat said not communicating. I called Wyman Energy at 9am. Their service technician Austin called me back almost immediately. He came out and fixed the problem within minutes. I am extremely pleased with Wyman Energy. They will be doing all of my maintenance.

A couple of weeks ago I was drawing a bath for my kids and realized the water had gotten cold fairly quickly. I figured it was the mixing valve by the boiler but after speaking to Kevin at Wyman the next day I learned that it was the hot water coil in my 20 year old boiler. I was given the option to replace the coil but Kevin suggested adding an indirect hot water heater to my boiler. The advantage being that if my boiler goes belly up next year I can still use the hot water heater with a new boiler.

During that 5 minute conversation with Kevin he gave me a rough quote. After calling around to 5 other large HVAC/Plumbing companies in my area I found that Kevin's quote was $800 cheaper than the next cheapest quote for the same work with the same materials. Some companies refused to even quote me over the phone.

Wyman came out and did the work a week later. The guys were on time and professional. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. This is the reason I go with Wyman for my boiler service and my oil (Husky Discount Fuel). They are straight forward, no BS. I think part of the reason you save is they have lower overhead than some of these large companies with fleets of trucks wrapped in their logos. Thanks Wyman!

It was winter in 1987 when my mom became a single mom, and I became a very confused product of a divorce. Mom had never handled the finances or home maintenance before. She was alone, with a 7 year-old daughter, an empty tank of oil and below freezing temperatures quicky approaching. She only had $45 until her next paycheck. $45 left over from her tips as a waitress, after going grocery shopping for the bare essentials. Our home had no other heat source. No fireplace, electric heater or wood stove. She called all the oil companies in the Yellow Pages, begging them for $45 worth of oil. They all either laughed at her or politely said that it wasn't worth their time for them to come out for just $45. Then she called Wyman and spoke with Rocky. He listened to her and said he'd be over as soon as he could. Rocky came quickly, and filled our oil tank. My mom raced out to his oil truck, not knowing he had filled the entire tank, thanked him profusely and handed him the $45. Rocky refused to take the money. He told her she was a good mother and this tank was on him. And when she needed more oil, just call. My mom, in tears, thanked him again. She vowed never to stray from Wyman, and she never did. From that day on, she was a loyal Wyman customer and told others to utilize Wyman for their heating needs. Flash forward 25 years and that 7 year-old, now 33 year-old, single woman bought her first house. It needed a lot of work, still does, and she needed a new furnace. There was no one else I even considered calling. I knew I wanted Wyman. And they did a great, quick, efficient job. They were patient with me, my first time homebuying questions and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, as what can happen to some single women. And I refuse to get my oil from anywhere else. Thank you, and Rocky, for not allowing a single mother and her 7 year-old to freeze that winter in 1987 and continuing to provide my home with heat every winter.
I'm not writing this for the gift card, though it would be helpful, I just want the Wyman family to know how grateful my mom and I are...till this day. Happy 70th Anniversary!!

They are true help, I didn't pay attention and ran out of oil. The storm was coming. No other company helped, but Wyman said, "Give me a few mins and see what i can do." 45mins later, they called back, saying they could fill my tank and prime it. I thank them so much. They are and will be my oil tank filling service.
