Jeremy did a wonderful job doing the maintenance for my ac system! He is a very knowledgeable technician. I love hearing all the good and useful info he provides when I ask questions. He also takes care of my furnace. He always does a very detailed and great job either with maintenance appts or if there is a technical issue. I have been with Air Inc for many years now. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

Jeremy P. came to our house to do maintenance on one of our AC units and was professional and answered all of our questions and explained what he was doing. Air Inc has also installed our new tankless hot water heater and will be replacing our other AC unit this year. We have always found every one to be helpful and they are prompt and responsive. Monty is another great service man with Air Inc and the manager Mike has always been helpful for us as well. I usually speak with Julie in the office and she is very nice and thorough. I would recommend Air Inc to anyone that asked me.

Lamonte was on time, quick, knowledgeable and immediately knew what the issue was. Since then our system has been working great. We’ve used Air Inc for years and will continue to do so. Their work and customer service is always top notch.

I am going to recommend this company to everyone I can. Monty and Mike did an amazing job along with working with Julie and Amber in the office. I had a heat pump/central air system installed by another company about 4 months ago. They botched the whole job essentially. The manufacturer and distributor of the system sent me over to these guys, AIR INC. They came out, diagnosed an electrical board with an issue, replaced and then figured everything else out VERY quickly. Even signed up with them for a service plan on my backup oil heat which they did in-between setting the heat pump up properly. I can't thank these people enough. Very reasonable and helped me out in a really tight spot. Extremely good communication and worked with me every step of the way. After 4 months of the other guys screwing things up I was definitely a helicopter client and they just went with it. If you're in their area use this company. They have good people.

The service technician Jeremy did an excellent job cleaning my furnace. First time I've had my oil burner serviced and my house was NOT left smelling like fuel oil for the next 3 days. After the cleaning Jeremy tested the furnace to make sure it was burning efficiency. He made a few adjustments and it now runs perfect. Probably running the best it's been in 13 years. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have their furnace cleaned.

Monty came out on a Saturday afternoon to try to get our gas furnace running again. He was very thorough in testing various components until he could conclusively determine what was wrong. He was able to get it running again and we are very grateful. I highly recommend Air, Inc. and Monty.

I've been using Air Inc for several years and they are wonderful. Each time they service our BAXI unit, they are extremely knowledgeable and Monty is an amazing technician. Monty goes out of his way to make sure he leaves and addresses any problems and will explain things very easily. I would highly recommend Air Inc and also request Monty for future services.
