Quality Mechanical Corporation

We’ve had a service contract with quality for 7 years and have never had a single negative experience. Last night our furnace stopped working so we called this morning and a technician came by 1:00. Identified the problem and they are putting in rush orders for the part we need first thing Friday morning even though the office is closed til Monday. Not to mention, the technicians could not be nicer or more friendly. I rarely write reviews but they’ve been so great, I had to give them credit. Highly recommend!!

Extremely unprofessional!
I called this company on 10/25/21 and I spoke to Matt. I explained my concerns, and he let me know that my concerns were fixable. He asked me to send pictures with my address. Immediately after hanging up with Matt I texted my address and the pictures he requested. It’s now 11/29/21, over a month later and still no response.
I understand he could have been busy at the time I called, but he could have gotten back to me at some point during that week. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

We picked this place after several quotes from other vendors and so glad we did. Quality Mechanical has a great team and they all work together! We had our central A/C installed and these boys did not stop even with it being 100 degrees in the sun all day. Never complained and always had a smile on their face. Explained the whole process in detail and even sent a tech to be sure everything was done up to par! I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for spot on work! Thank you to Jerry, Andy, Ken and Jeff! Especially want to thank John and Tyler who worked tirelessly in this incredible heat to get the job done! Could not of picked a better week to finally enjoy our central air! Even the dog loves it! Sincerely,

Worst place to do business with. I paid my general contractor, he never paid them, and they came after me (I did not have a contract with Quality, so they should have gone after my GC). I ended up paying twice plus lawyer fees. If you want to throw away money to shady business people who don't even do the work listed in the contract but still end up charging more than the originally contracted amount (which you can pay twice for if you have a shady GC as well!), hire these guys. Oh, they also refused to turn my heat on, which ruined my brand new floors, and so I had the added bonus of also paying for $5000 wood floors TWICE. Still waiting on all that stuff the contract said I was going to get...... 4 years ago.

On time professional and personable. The job looks Great!! They took pride in the work they did which is hard to find at times. Checked everything out very thoroughly before leaving !!!

Best HVAC contractor on the Connecticut shoreline. With in-house sheet metal fabrication, plumbing and HVaC installers backed by highly trained service technicians , you can't go wrong!!!

Very professional, on time, serviced HVAC units and keep me up to date what was done. Would definitely suggest this company.
