All About Care Heating & Air, Inc.

We used All About Care Heating & Air to come and take a look at our system after we had a slight leak from the vent in our bathroom. They came much earlier than expected (which was great) and were diligent and thorough with their assessment of our unit. Carefully explained the issues and how we should approach fixing and monitoring our system and I felt confident about our situation after they left.

One of the parts for my AC broke last spring and every company I tried to get a consultation from kept upping the price. I saw the reviews for AAC and they offered me the cheapest price. The tech was incredible and was extremely personable and communicative, can't recommend this company enough.

The best HVAC company I have ever worked with in Winston-Salem. They were super personable and explained every step of the process to me in a way that was easy to understand. I plan to stick with this company for all of my future HVAC repair needs.

Last week was the 6th time I've worked with All About Care. Eric was one of the best techs I've ever worked with. I got an afforadable consultation and the furnace repair was done in half an hour. Wonderful company!

Excellent service!!! The fan went out on my unit so I called All About Care. They picked up right away and got a service tech out to my house immediately. They showed up and promptly fixed my issue.

I thought I would need to buy a new AC system, but their technicians were able to fix it at an affordable cost. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and I'm grateful to have my AC running smoothly again.

As always ALL About Care did an excellent job, taking the time to explain everything. They did repairs during my spring maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are loyal to the company and everyone obviously likes what they do, they are a team!

Update 11/10/2021: Interesting how it took over TWO YEARS for the owner to post a response...

Update: finally fixed 10/1... tech courteous, quick, and knowledgeable and took measures to make sure siding guys didn't break off the pipes with a hammer like last time. Tech should have foamed the gaping hole in subwall he removed to fix the pipes (we're not calling them back-- I'll invest $9 for a can of spray in foam at Lowe's and do it myself). Subwall and plate drenched INSIDE vapor barrier! Lucky this won't cause structural damage! It should have never taken this long to get fixed!

Update 09/24/2019: Reply posted yesterday. A warranty claim work order was submitted to them on 09/02/2019. Now, 22 days later, this is the ONLY communication with them. Hope email provided yields a response...

System under warranty through them since they installed it in our new home. Called to get a work order in due to condensation pouring out of the siding of our home (see photos)... there's supposed to be a pipe leading the water AWAY from the foundation. That was July 5th... called 2 weeks later, and was told we're supposed to call the warranty company: basically to jump through hoops to get their shoddy work addressed. Now August 17th and no response from either. Avoid this company; the fact that they don't respond to their reviews says it all.
