I asked this company to clean my furnace for the sale of my home, they told me the furnace was cracked and unsafe to be using and I needed to pay them $4k to put in a new one. I asked them to leave and had Steel T come out to clean the furnace, they got it cleaned tuned up & checked all of its performance and not a damn thing wrong!! They just want your money, don’t ever use them unless you enjoy being harassed to spend way more.

Timely - came the NEXT day after I scheduled service on a Sunday after my furnace acted up.

Professional - they explained the issue, fixed it in 30minutes, showed me the in's and out's of the furnace, works great again. Much appreciated.

I don't think I've ever seen any one work as hard as Josh with Express Pro did updating my swamp cooler. The unit wasn't working, and probably hadn't in several years. It took Josh at least three trips to finish the job, and he didn't raise his price. It was hot, dirty work, and he simply kept at it.
Through the hot attic to the hot roof, up and down ladders, searching for old parts to go with an old cooler. He even added a step that he had not ever utilized, but when I asked if he would do it, he did it.
I've had to do or have done a lot of work on an older home I purchased, and this Express Pros and Josh was the hardest working, most effective sub-contractor I had do work Thanks, Josh!

This company is absolutely wonderful. I came home to a broken furnace and had to have it replaced but because of the storm coming up I needed it to be done as soon as possible. They came out the very next day to replace it and were extremely professional and informative about my new furnace. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know!!

My home warranty company selected Express Pros to check my air conditioner that was not working. When on-site, the technician was knowledgeable, and quick to replace the capacitor that had reached end of life. This part of the experience was good.

The bad:
The technician was scheduled to show up on a Tuesday between 12-4. By 4, he had not shown up. I contacted the main number, who said he was running behind at other jobs, but would definitely be at my house. By 6pm, still nothing. My appointment had been pushed to Wednesday. He finally arrived Wednesday, and did the work

The tech confirmed with me that this was a home warranty job. He then made the repair (capacitor replacement), and said that I owe the contracted company $429 (for a part I can get at Home Depot for $30). He said that the process was for me to pay them, and then the Home Warranty company would reimburse.

After discussion with my home warranty company after the fact, they said they will not reimburse, because Express Pros did not follow the approval process. They also noted that $429 for a capacitor replacement is way above the industry standard of $150.

While I’m not happy with the Home Warranty company for not reimbursing….I believe it is shameful that a company contracted by the home warranty did not follow the proper procedure with the home warranty company before completing the work. My share should have been $75 deductible paid to Express Pros…the rest should be a discussion between Express Pros and the warranty company.

I’ve added a picture of “customary capacitor replacement cost”. You will see that $429 is well above the usual and customary charge that Express Pros charged me.

I am so happy with express pros. They fixed my humidifier issue when other companys had no idea what to do. The customer service was superb and their knowledge level was superior. Candido installed my humidifier and worked out all the issues involved with an older one. He even rerouted the water softner tube so the steam humidifier could receive negative ions which it needs to function. I am now making express pros my heating/cooling company.
