Nothing is more nerve wrecking then wondering if your heater is going out for the cold of winter. Express Pros was timely and got the work done quickly so we didn't have to stress about about anything!

I'm really impressed with these guys, particularly Josh. First they came out to try to fix my old R22 AC system, and when they couldn't, they provided an estimate to replace the system. I called around to a few other places and received similar estimates, but timeline was a month out. ExpressPros could get me in next day. By 12pm the next day my AC was installed and working, which was perfect timing for the 96 degrees. The other companies would have required I wait a month for the install, for around the same price. I'll definitely be calling these guys again! Also, staff on the phone for scheduling was very friendly, responsive, and followed up when they said they would.

I am super impressed with the service we got from Express Pros. Our AC started faltering in the hot days of summer, so I called to schedule an appointment. They got me on the books for the very next day, showed up exactly on time, and Josh not only fixed my AC quickly (and was very friendly), but took the time to show me how to perform my own preventative maintenance and gave me a crash course in the way HVAC works. I’m a curious person so that was much appreciated.
Cost was very reasonable and my house feels so much better. I definitely recommend this company.

We had Express Pros come out to give our older ac unit a check up. Our tech Josiah gave us lots of info about the unit, showed us some maintenance things, replaced an insulator hose, and offered to co.eback before winter to give our furnace a once over. He didn't try to sell us unneeded services, was professional, and didn't rush the appointment.

Just like other reviews, the company was picked by my home warranty to perform the AC repair. I waited for several days for the scheduled appointment, which was cancelled 10min prior to the scheduled slot. No calls, just bye. New appointment was scheduled, by email. New one also cancelled 10min prior to the new slot. It was made clear to me that I have to pay extra above the $100 deductible, in order for technician to show up, or wait many many days otherwise. Mid next week, not guaranteed. Charged $300, they called it “after hours charge”, though the job was done at weekday 4pm slot. After “extra pay” technician immediately shows up. Tells me the starter has to be replaced. $10 starter. Both on Amazon and Home Depot. No kidding. $10 piece. Technician tells me he wants $460. Or “wait 1mo till insurance approves it and we are able to fit you on a schedule. ” Stunning. Replacement takes 3min flat. All together $760 for 3min work or regular weekday 4pm. Just like in other reviews I am being told to seek reimbursement from my home insurance company. Home insurance tells me, just like to other reviewer, the job was supposed to be $150… bottomline, this was not the experience I would recommend.

Recently, my AC unit needed to be replaced, so I called Express Pros. Express Pros was able to make a house call the same day. The tech who visited (Bob) was very professional, knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed the issue within a few minutes of being on site. I then called Express Pros the next day to get a new AC. The company was able to send Andrew to my house for an Amana unit install the following day, and this time frame was weeks quicker than any other company. "Weeks" is an eternity when the AC is broken and the temperature is in the 90's. Express Pros was also able to beat competitors' prices by at least $500. I was very impressed by the Express Pros company, Bob and Andrew.

Worst customer service lady on the phone I have EVER spoke with! Called to verify the appointment because it was getting close to the no later than time. When I called, the horrible lady on the phone raised her voice, was condescending, rude, put me on hold for 10 minutes and I had to call back several times....just the worst! I'm sure the service is good, but i have yet to have my appointment....

Please don't make it seem like your customer service lady on the phone was professional....very very far from it! I posted this as soon as I got off the phone with that horrible employed lady at your company. As for thr service, yes I think that guy that came by was professional. 30 minutes past the scheduled time, but thay doesn't matter to me is how your customers are talked to on the phone and treated. Try recording your calls, I'm sure this lady will learn some manners.

Scheduled an appointment and was told the technician would arrive between noon and 4:00 PM today. I took off from work all afternoon waiting. Called the receptionist Sherry at 3:40 PM to confirm technician would arrive. She told me to text the technician on his ETA -- me doing her job, what horrible customer service! I texted the technician, but no response until 4:45 PM with a final arrival at 5:00 PM. Technician Jason didn't even apology for the delay. Didn't seem like he did much in servicing my central A/C and quoted me $650.00 to clean my furnace. Really?!!! The whole experience was a major disappointment.

If you are considering using Express Pro’s do yourself a favor and don’t. A completely incompetent technician charged me $400.00 to add coolant my system. However the system was not low on coolant. Then, when that did not fix the problem, I was told I needed a new system for $8,000.00. I called a competing company for a second opinion. The problem was a failed capacitor. My system was fixed within an hour including the removal of the coolant that Express Pro’s added in error. After calling the service manager I was told there was nothing they were going to do to refund any of my money.
