Express Pros staff and service reps have always been responsive and knowledgeable. Repairmen have been on time, even early, and work quickly, troubleshooting possible issues and recommending future actions. They know how to work on older homes and/or where to find answers. Service prices have been and I have been given options as to how to proceed. I have never felt pressured into going above and beyond what I really need.

This company was used by my appliance warranty company. They came out and wanted a ridiculous amount charged for extra work. When I tried to just learn what that work was they never called me back. Never contacted me back after numerous calls. Wasted down payment for nothing. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy company.

I would not recommend using Express Pros to install a Combi Boiler into your home. They installed a brand new NTI unit into ours in Feb 2022 and it has never functioned properly or consistently. The Express Pros team did not know how to fix it and they slowly phased us out as a priority.
We paid over $18,000 for a system they did not understand despite selling it to us. They did not read the NTI manual thoroughly and left off parts that were outlined for the unit. It is now Dec 2022 and the unit is still not working. We have not had consistent hot water or heat for over 9 months due to their lack of knowledge and responsiveness. We have moved to a new company that immediately identified the missing parts and had NTI on the phone with solutions. We now have to spend additional money to get the system working properly with another company.
This has been a large financial burden and stress on our family for almost a year now.
They are nice guys and they did good plumping work but ultimately are selling heating systems they are not experts in.

Heating was down at the wrong time of year! Called Express Pros and they were right on top of it. Called a couple of companies but no one else was able to do the work as quickly. Thank you for saving me money!

We had Express Pros install a whole AC system a couple of months ago. The day of the installation, I noticed a dent on top of the condensing coil housing. Underneath the housing, the sheetmetal screw damaged the top cooling fins of the coil. I did let Cherry know of my finding and she pretty much blew it off, stating that it shouldn't be a problem. The following days the unit quit working due to a refrigerant leak at the evaporative coil. Luckily I had an appointment scheduled already when I talked to Cherry, because they didn't answer their phone afterwards, you just get their voicemail. So when the tech arrived and removed the housing in question, it revealed even more damage to the fins. No leaks were found at that area, yet. But he did find the leak at the evaporative coil. He fixed the leak and recharged the system. So far everything is running ok. FYI, the Amana unit is way louder than a Rheem AC unit.
The biggest concern now is, how long before a leak develops where the damaged fins are. Also the housing is an eyesore. we didn't get a discount like a scratch and dent sale, we paid for a brand new unit. I called multiple times and sent an email, no answer. That's concerning, especially for a possible warranty call, would they honor it?
On a side note, once the AC unit was installed, we received multiple calls and emails the day after about payment. It felt like a collection agency, very unprofessionally. It was almost like the wanted the money before we found something wrong with the system.
Update;
3 months after the initial install, they finally did come last week and replaced the whole condensing coil unit after multiple delays and reschedules. The techs themselves are very professional and polite. The initial lack of response from the office was the concerning part. The system itself seems to be running great. Fingers crossed, moving forward, there will be no issues.

When we first started working with Express Pros they were amazing! The tech they sent was informative, respectful, and timely. The staff that does scheduling worked with us to find a time that worked and they were on top of it. After the initial visit the scheduling staff was completely uncommunicative. I was told they would reach back out to schedule and then waited a week before calling. I left several voicemails with no call back. I called 5 plus times before finally getting ahold of someone. Once we finally got a date scheduled the tech they sent was disrespectful, didn’t finish the job, and did questionable work for what he did do. I reached back out to have the problem resolved and ran into the same issue with scheduling. I have called several times and even after getting ahold of the scheduler could not resolve the issue and am still waiting for a call back.

The Express Pros team did a fantastic job! My heat stopped working in the middle of winter which is never fun.
I have a home warranty package from the sellers of the house I purchased less than a yr ago. Called them and explained the emergency. It was 8am, they were able to get in touch with express pros team and get someone out there same day to diagnose the issue. They then promptly submitted request for parts that needed to be changed. As soon as the insurace company approved Express Pros came as quickly as they could to fix. Josh came to first diagnose and then also do the replacement of parts.
Top notch job for emergency warranty needs. Being the insurance company ate all of the costs, my review does not factor in if this was cheap or expensive for a repair.

Be aware, The Technician assigned to work on a warranty called and left a message to call back within 15 min or he will move onto a different customer. I was given a 4 hour window for the appointment. When I called him back within 16 min, he didn't answer. Voice mailbox full, I called back to back 3 times with no answer. I texted no answer. A few hours later (still within my window), I finally got the technician on the phone. He said I missed the 15 minute window and now I am too late, he is already working on other customers and that I would have to call the office to reschedule. Poor customer experience. Don't use this company

Josiah was so eager and I could see his thought process. Really an amazing experience. I haven’t had a chance to actually use my new AC system because our weather has been so perfect, but it was tested. I really appreciated all the hard work involved because my unit is from 1983. So far I am very happy and excited for the summer heat.
