We have had non stop issues with our AC since May and Andrew has helped us every step of the way . After we bought a new unit from Express Pro's, it broke (not their fault manufacturing error). Andrew came right out the next day to fix it. When our next thermostat wasn't playing well with the new unit, Andrew was doing another install so he sent another guy out to help us that day. And when our unit was yet again freezing, possibly from coil leaks he came out immediately to seal it up. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew.

I am writing this review for Connor Ferris. Give this guy a raise! He went above and beyond what was expected and was a pleasure to do business with. Was courteous of my time and always called when he was on the way. My furnace was old and needed to be replaced, he was very knowledgeable and honest about the situation and did an excellent job. I know I made the right decision going with Express Pros :)

I had an appointment scheduled with Express Pros for 10/31/2019 between 2 and 4 pm for a property where I have tenants. Connor Ferris was supposed to be the tech. On Friday, 11/1/2019, I called Express Pros because I had not heard back from the company to find out how the job went. When I spoke to someone in the office, they informed me that the appointment had been rescheduled for Monday, November 4th. However, neither I nor my tenants (who had Express Pros number as well) had heard anything about the appointment being rescheduled.They informed me that Connor Ferris would call me back to let me know what happened--both why the appointment had been cancelled and why neither I nor my tenants had not been informed. Connor did not call back on Friday. On Saturday, 11/2/2019, when I still had not heard back from Connor with an explanation about why the cancellation on Thursday had happened, I spoke with the office and I canceled the appointment for Monday. Then, on Sunday, 11/3/2019, I received an appointment reminder about the upcoming appointment for Monday, 11/4/2019! See attached screenshot. I promptly called the office *again* and informed them that the job must be canceled and that no one should show up at the property on 11/4/2019. This company is remarkably disorganized and non-communicative!

The folks at Express Pros are great to work with--helpful, informative and trustworthy. We had lights, fans and switches installed when we first moved in and will definitely use Express Pros again when it's time to install AC in our house. Highly recommended!

Not very good service I was charged 5500 for the basic standard unit and was told it would be installed the same day. The tech ended up collapsing my furnace and the company had to send help for him to finish the job the next day. Should have called the company that offered it for 4900 but thought I would get better service for 5500 I was wrong feel ripped off.

I truly could not speak more highly of the team here. My wife and I woke up to a home that was at 44° with no discernible explanation as to why. Cherry was extremely understanding and made every effort to get a tech out to us as soon as possible. Sure enough not an hour after I spoke with her, I was lucky enough to get one of their qualified technicians to our home who chatted with me about the problem, explained the situation in full detail, and fixed it right away.
I cannot think of a more pleasant experience in the service industry. They were as professional and personable as you would hope, and have a great sense of humor too. You needn't look anywhere else for help with your HVAC system, call these guys and you will not be disappointed.

Express Pro’s installed a new furnace and A/C unit in my home in May of 2020. When testing out the heater after installation, I was told that there was not enough airflow in my basement. Which struck me as odd, because my hot water heater has no issues at all. At that time, Conner quoted me a price of $1,200.00 for an air exchange. When he came out in September, to get my heater running for the winter, the price then jumped to $2,000.00. I questioned why the jump in price and he said nothing, then I figured I had to do it because the front of my furnace did not have the panel on it, and I was having to keep my basement door open. To say the least, it was an incomplete job. I called and sent multiple text messages with no calls back. After some time and mostly being mostly frustrated with this lack of service, I called another HVAC company. Come to find out, it was not an issue with the airflow, it was simply two air pressure switches that were bad. Again frustrating because the furnace was not even a year old. In talking to Amana, my furnace was actually built in July 2019, with an installation of May 2020 in my home. A simple $55.00 fix, compared to a $2,000.00 extra expense. When I called Express Pro’s to tell them what happened, they still offered to come out and do the air exchange, which was not necessary and would not be needing their services. They did not even try to make this right, not even an offer to reimburse me for the extra labor expenses. But in the long run, I guess I’ll pay for another company to come out and make sure the job is complete and not pay $2,000.00 for something that was not needed. When dealing with this company, I should have had them put their quotes in writing, because the price increased for me. I’m just frustrated and disappointed in the treatment that I received. I just hope that no one else has to go through this.
