It's impossible to undersell how strongly I would recommend Clay and 719 Mechanical to any of my friends and neighbors. We had a non-emergency / minor issue, and he still managed to fit us into his schedule in less than 24 hours. He arrived exactly when he said he would and made every effort to explain exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done on our system. Clay quickly diagnosed the problem, and even recommended the course of action that cost us nothing. So he was on time, professional, skilled, and honest...we couldn't have asked for anything more.

While I hope that we don't have any additional issues with our HVAC system, it's good to know that if we do I know exactly who to call - thank you again for the outstanding service!

We contacted Clay through this page when our air conditioner wouldn’t turn on, not only did he come out to our house that same day (on a Sunday!), he had the problem fixed within minutes and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and actually seemed to care about people. We will definitely be calling him any time we have any issues in the future!!

Clay diagnosed our problem over the phone and confirmed it in person. He got us a furnace that is more suited to our house size than the one we had, and gave us good as I e on using it. Highly recommended.

Clay was a pleasure to work with. I needed a brand new A/C unit. Because of the cost of the job, I wanted to get multiple bids. Clay was punctual and professional. Clay (owner) was awesome! 😎 He pulled up at about 7:30pm and within 10 minutes had the 'no voltage' to the AC unit issue diagnosed. Instead of scamming us into buying a new AC unit like most would have, Clay fixed the problem: Honest, Thorough, and Knows his business!

Wow! I was expecting the worst about my air conditioner, but what happened was truly unexpected! Clay squeezed me into his schedule knowing I had no air conditioning. He then proceeded to show and explain to me exactly what the problem was. He said it would not be worth fixing because my model is 17 years old. He shared the price to fix and replace and even told me he would work with me on financing. I also asked him to look at my humidifier while he was there...again, told me to not fix, but replace. This has not been working for years and I knew it. He shared with me what was wrong with it and why I should not fix! I Appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. I also appreciated him just being a personable human being! He took the time to chat with me and shared a little about himself and where he came from. There are not many people who do this anymore! Clay responded immediately when I called and explained the problems I was having with my AC. He showed up ahead of schedule, which was ideal for me. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was prepared with all necessary parts to repair the clog. He explained how the problem occurred and what he did to fix it, then showed me what to do if clog occurs again. He was completely professional and the repair looks great.
