Gold Star Heating and Air came to my rescue!! My heater went out and they were at my house within 15 minutes to diagnose. They went to get parts, installed, and got my heater working the same day at a good price. Very professional and it was a pleasure to work with them!

I had what we all usually dread when it gets cold; my heater went out while we were sleeping. We woke up to it being 57 inside.

2.5 hours later my furnace was repaired. The repairman was polite and kind and good with dogs (phew!) so he was in and out. He clearly explained the issue, answered my questions and got my home back to normal.

Absolutely love this company! The service man had a TON of knowledge and definitely knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough and included before and after photos of his work. Super easy to work with and very patient. I really appreciate his consideration and thoughtfulness. He did an amazing job cleaning my furniture, and coil, and replacing parts. Not only did he tell me what may have led to the issue, he fixed the issue. If you want a knowledgeable, dependable, trustworthy heater guy, I would 100% recommend working with this company😊

They were available to service my dryer duct the same day I contacted them and even made themselves available earlier. I was so pleased with this as I needed to use my dryer after a week of not having one. They were timely, professional and thorough. I will contact them for additional services that they recommended based on safety. I highly recommend this business.
