My attic furnace went out, I called Clay on a foggy Saturday afternoon and he was here in 20 mins. After doing a diagnostic he realized the circut board was bad. He brought back 3 heaters so we can have heat while we wait for parts and the replacement! He was super informative and honest and genuinely cared as if we were his own family. Thank you so much! Clay was on time, honest and gave it all to me straight when it came to my water heater and furnace. My unit started acting funny on 28 Dec and I was giving multiple quotes that were absolutely ridiculous. I received quotes from six different companies and realized Clay's prices were alot less and more fair than that of the competitors. He was not out to sell a new one to me but to give an honest opinion on the future of our hot water heater and furnace plus it's expected life span. He also let me know the hot water heater replacement was a must purchase and thoroughly explained why. I learned that he cares about his customers by telling me its a must get it done don't wait on me. That was very thoughtful of him. We will definitely wait on the furnace purchase and his prices for when it is time to sell our home. Clay is much more reasonable than the other six estimates.

Our 18yo furnace blower motor quit working. Ray came over early the next morning checked it out. He clearly knows what he is doing. Told me he would locate parts and get back to me. He got back to me the same day and had us working the next evening. He was flexible with my work schedule which was very much appreciated. I will definitely call him again if I need his services.

Great company ! Clay is very experienced and professional ! Work was done in the scheduled time, everything was installed neatly. He left all work areas cleaner than he found them . The owner of this company is hands down a good person. He was on time, very professional, shows integrity and stands by his work. I had a humidifier installed into my furnace.
