I am amazed by the professionalism and integrity. I called for a tech to come out and told them what I thought was wrong and why. He told me that 9 times out if 10 it is a five minute fix that the homeowner can do themselves. He said to try it, and if it doesn't work to call back and he'd be here in an hour. I did the repair and it worked. That in and if itself is five-star worthy, but I'll add that this is after another company from C.S. came out, charged me $120 to "diagnose" the problem (different diagnosis) and then quoted me $1000 to fix the problem... Not even two weeks ago. Even though I was 90% certain that wouldn't fix the issue I implemented their plan (even though I didn't pay *them* $1000 to fix it)... Here we are two weeks later and it was "broken again". That's a long way of saying 719 Mechanical seems like the type of business that we as a community should stand behind. I know I'll call them the next time I have any issues, and I'd hope you would, too.

Glad I called 719 Mechanical LLC for my heating system repair. We were looking at several days out during a cold spell for most folks, but 719 got us up and running in less than an hour. Great service, professionalism, and he explained every step of the process in clear, easy to follow terms. We'll definitely call 719 Mechanical again.

Bad heater exhaust fan. No heat on 20 degree day at 84 year old Father’s house. They replaced the part and had the heater up working within 3 hours from when I called them.

I have been a customer of 719 Mechanical for years, so when my AC died they were the company I called. Within 3 days they installed a new furnace and compressor and all is good 👍 I wouldn't use any other company. Clay is a true professional and honest which doesn't always happen.. Totally recommend!

Found this company from Facebook, was a little guarded with a random FB recommendation on bigger work like revamping my entire HVAC system, replacing my old furnace and installing a new AC unit. But on the first appointment Clay went up and above explaining in depth everything that was needed, and worked with me giving me options for my system at a reasonable price.

In the middle of a hot summer day our AC went out. One phone call to Clay and he was out of our house in less than 30 minutes.. He's honest and shared what was wrong with the system, and was able to fix it for a fair price. Clay, you have my HVAC business going forward and appreciate everything you've done for us.
