DISCUSSION: Coldest stretch of Nov 2022. Our furnace was not keeping up and I smelled something awful outside exhaust vent. 3 other providers could not be reached. Clay responded to my email within an hour and sent a tech the same day to assess the situation. Clay helped me to weigh the considerations for replacing the Heat Exchanger or opting for replacement. During the interim, Clay made portable heaters available to my family. No pressure or up-sale for replacement, just facts and figures I could study. Later, based on the age of our system and the improvements in technology, we opted to replace the unit. Clay and his colleague made short work of the replacement. A third employee even joined the duo to help keep things on schedule the last working day before Thanksgiving. Clay followed up for an on-site visit to ensure things were good Thanksgiving morning. We were tired of getting zapped from the static in the house when stand alone humidifiers just weren’t cutting it. After dealing with another company that insisted we could not install a bypass humidifier, and instead needed to install a $3,000 steam humidifier, we decided to call 719 Mechanical. I’m glad we did. Clay, the owner, picked up right away and addressed all questions/concerns. I sent a few photos of my furnace and they came within the week to install a whole home bypass humidifier. Cole was on time and very professional. He quickly got us up and running. When he was done with the install he thoroughly explained how the system worked, demonstrated how to perform the annual maintenance, and answered all other questions I had. Highly recommend this company! Our heating went out right in the middle of negative degree weather and we tried calling multiple companies to come out but everyone was booked up. Clay answered immediately, was at our house within 30 minutes and had the issue fixed quicker than it took him to get here. Very happy with the service we received and in the timely manner we received it.

Clay was exceptionally responsive to my request and the follow for scheduling. Cole installed a whole house humidifier for us. On time. Professional. He took the time to talk me through the process and then after complete, he showed me all the operational details and answered all my questions. I will use them again.

Clay with 719 Mechanical originally came out to fix a short cycle issue. My 22 year old neglected furnace was on its last leg and needed major repairs. Clay came out and replaced my furnace on the coldest day of the year! (-40 with windchill on 12/22/2022). Him and his partner did in a super timely fashion my house never dropped below 68 degrees. Outstanding work, I would recommend them to anybody.
