Falcon commu icated well, showed up on time for bid, listened well to my needs.Brandon was very easy to work with. Shopping for brand name top tier products Falcon has them. Falcon gave a very competitive bi and was super pleased how they handled various changes to the bid as time progressed. They are first on my list for hvac heating cooling products.

We had a furnace emergency (refused to power on longer than a few minutes at a time, threw a code) just as the temperatures dropped significantly. We called around, and the soonest anyone could stop by was late next week. With 20° temperatures approaching, that was too long of a wait.

I spoke to Mary, who was immediately responsive and sympathetic, and called their fleet immediately to see if they could squeeze us in, which they did within a couple of hours! Gary was amazing—fast, professional, and knowledgeable, and he diagnosed the issue quickly, went to town to get a replacement part, and installed it all within a couple of hours!

They were lifesavers, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

These guys are the real deal. Family run shop that had the lowest quote and offered more than the other guys were offering. Very satisfied. Worst part about them is I keep getting them confused with falcon plumbing and heating… totally different company.

I have now had the opportunity to working with Gary and Cody two times, and have such wonderful experiences. From scheduling with Sarah, having Gary and Cody arrive early to the schedule appointment time, and providing great service for my water heater, furnace, and humidifier, they exceeded my expectations! I will be telling all my friends to use Falcon Heating and Cooling going forward!

Customer Service like no other. This business has old school service and integrity. They take pride in their craft and have high standards. Yesterday was my third time using their services and I have received consistent customer service . I am a DIY'er and my current idea was received with Yes we can do that for you by the guys at Falcon Heating. Thus proving my husband wrong that randomly taking a wall down and recreating a space would be costly and crazy. A shout out to Chip and Joanna for the inspiration and vision.
I have more projects, one being a new heating system for this old house and I will be spending my money with Falcon Heating because when I asked for my options they offered many and they didn't go with the high option first. They then asked what were my needs and actually listened to me. No high pressure sales here. Only what works for me. Loved that. As much as we all would love top of the line everything in a home some times that's just not possible. I came away feeling like I found a good fit for my needs and very informed on my options. I would offer the next person looking for a heating service my highest recommendation on this company. Especially if your only resource is the reviews on businesses.

Everyone that works for this locally owned company is amazing. They changed out our dead electrical furnace for a gas furnace and they did an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and friendly. I just can't speak highly enough about them.

My furnace wasn't turning on at all. I called on the company that installed the unit, they couldn't get out here for 2 weeks! So I called Falcon Heating and Cooling and they could come out later in the afternoon and would squeeze me in! So thankful!!!! Very professional, very polite, explained to me what the issues was. Glad I choose to support a Local!

Provided same day service. Technician (Gary) was on time, professional and courteous. Gary fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Will no doubt be first company I call if I have any other issues.
