Had furnace issues on a new furnace, with the initial installer. KJ Thomas were responsive, polite, professional and most of all were able to diagnose and resolve the issue which is a lot more than I can say for the initial installer. Would highly recommend, everyone I spoke with was a delight to talk to by comparison to others in the industry. A+

Karl came by to provide an estimate on a secondary heating and cooling unit and we discussed several options. He was open, honest, and knowledgeable. We actually ended up deciding on another approach that didn’t involve his services at this time but I will definitely be looking to use KJ Thomas Mechanical in the future!

Ryan was friendly, efficient and courteous. He explained the importance of regular maintenance and the potential problem with the AC due to a worn-out part. I've had excellent experiences with all of KJ Thomas's technicians in the 5 years I've used them.

KJ Thomas Mechanical installed both a replacement furnace and a replacement AC set up for me. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. When issues came up that needed addressing they walked through the available alternatives and applied no pressure in choosing what particular method should be chosen. They were also very quick to respond to and resolve a minor oversight that was discovered later in the week. I would recommend them for being honest, professional, and quite concerned about taking care of their customers.

Excellent service by this company. They repaired our furnace to our full satisfaction. Another company was not able to do this and only wanted to sell us a new device. So we switched to KJ Thomas Mechanical and are very happy about their highly professional and friendly service. I've used KJ Thomas for the past 2 years now for services, minor repairs and most recently a furnace replacement. They've always been reliable, professional and on time, and took their time to explain what they were doing and why. I'm no HVAC expert but their work looks good quality as far as I can tell. Our service provider spent extra time to make sure everything was working correctly, and even found a filter that no one else had ever cleaned before! He not only found it, but cleaned it and made sure to add it to our report for future providers. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough. We appreciate it!
