Working with KJ Thomas Mechanical was stress free. Service was performed with professional, honest and expedited service. I got multiple quotes and noting could match on service received and price for work. KJ Thomas Mechanical answered the phone, diagnosed the issue with HVAC and completed the work for a very reasonable price. I knew from the first phone call, but continued to get other quotes which quickly proved their value and professionalism. Service Tech was amazing and clean. Our water heater broke and KJ Thomas was able to replace the next morning. The same water heater was not available so we ended up getting an upgrade at the same price they originally quoted. We will continue to use them for all of our heating and air (and hot water tank replacement) needs. Honest, fair, family-run business with great service.

They were able to install a new furnace the next day after being called. Installation was the day before Thanksgiving, and they stayed until past 7 pm until the system was fully working. Their estimate was competitive with other HVAC firms. They do excellent work, and care about the results.

Brad is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We recently moved into our home, and he methodically educated us on the different systems of our home, how they work, what to do in an emergency, etc. There is no one better than Brad and KJ Thomas Mechanical.

Brad was great with one exception. On Friday 2/29 after the service visit he said he would check to see if he had a needed part in his truck and then come back on Saturday. Saturday and Sunday we had no heat but Brad did not respond to many texts and a couple of phone calls. The office answering service was also not functional. Brad did contact us Sunday evening and got the heat working on Monday.

KJ Thomas installed a new Trane AC/HVAC unit about 2 years ago. They fixed and rebuilt the duct system in our sub basement. They did a great job, and we haven't had any problems with our units. They come out every 6 months to clean and tune up our AC/HVAC. They are very thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Professional, timely, courteous - what more can we say? From beginning to end our experience has been so easy. We needed a repair recently on an installation KJ Thomas did a few years ago and they were literally here the next day! So happy!!!!

Our heater went out the week of Thanksgiving. My wife was absolutely freaked because she hates the cold and we were also hosting guests that week. These guys gave us a great estimate, were able to come and install the Friday after Thanksgiving! They sent a crew of three and were finished in around three hours, by lunchtime. Couldn't be happier with these guys, and KJ saved us a lot by replacing our AC motor years ago.

Ryan was prompt and efficient with the maintenance and repair of our A/C unit. He explained the process and completed the job with professionalism and friendly service. We look forward to our Fall furnace service in the coming season.

Our AC went out during the hottest week in July. KJ came out in one day, made a good offer and installed a new unit two days later. They were prompt and did a great job with the installation. Office staff also very helpful. Will sign up for annual service for both AC and furnace with them.
