Quality West performed an annual checkup of our heating system. Don arrived on time, and was friendly, professional, competent, and extremely thorough. I think 5-Star ratings are over-used, but this one is well-deserved.

Quality West installed a central air unit a few years back and just installed an awesome boiler system that looks like a piece of art. They are very professional and service with great integrity.

Pretty simple- there's a reason they have all 5 star reviews (I'll be #28 at this time). Entire staff from install to service to office to owner, super helpful/professional/friendly. If anyone I know mentions anything HVAC related, I point them here.

We had an oversized HVAC system for 5+ years and couldn't get the house below 80 on hot days even though it ran nonstop. Replaced the outside unit when it burned out a few years back (different company) and was told even a proper sized system wouldn't help with the temp, only efficiency. After that unit burnt out in just 2 years, decided we needed to try someone else. Quality West put in a correctly sized system and for the first time we can actually move the thermostat down when it's hot out. Couldn't be happier.

Furnace installed 8 years ago, now has a problem and they don't service in this area any more, sorry we've changed, took my big money and no need to do the small repair job! TOO BAD FOR ME. BEWARE --HEATING AND COOLING UNITS ARE MEANT TO LAST 20 + YEARS, BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WILL BE THERE FOR YOU! THAT IS NOT THIS ONE!

The technician did an excellent job with the annual furnace and humidifier inspections and filter change. He even put screws on the furnace panel that had come loose without any charge.

Was just looking them up to get some new work done and realized I never left a review.

I know the installers remember my crawlspace. They did a solid piece of work on that one.

These guys are the best.

Efficiency, quality and honesty sum up this fantastic company. Initially used them to repair a leaking boiler. They were here quickly, accurately diagnosed the problem and fix it for a reasonable price.

We subsequently had them install a three zone Samsung inverter in our house. The whole process was fantastic. The owner and his crew worked tirelessly to get it installed and did a great job of it. Most amazingly of all we had all three zones running at maximum for an entire month and it only increased our power bill by $25.00!

Several months after the units were installed they stopped working correctly. We called them up and they sent someone out that day to look at them. They found the coolant line had a leak, fixed the problem and best of all did not charge for the service.

I highly recommend their services. Their dedication to customer service and doing the right thing for the customer is a rarity in this day and age!
