THEY ARE THE BOMB!!! I wish i could give more than 5 stars. I had found them on HomeAdvisor because i needed a 2nd opinion on a problem w my boiler. This was 2 years ago. I then had them out that same year to do an annual winter checkup. Both times it was Don. He was prompt and explained everything that was going on. Well, now to this year. I called for my annual checkup got it scheduled then had to change it last minute. Not an issue. The owner Rob was my service tech and he had to give us the bad news that we needed a new boiler. Not a surprise it is over 50 years old. Rob gave us a quote which looked fair. We just had the work done. It was great. Took 2 days but all the guys were great. Very friendly, professional, and personable. They took the time to clean up the rats nest of pipes and wires from 50 years of sub par work. It is now like a piece of art work. They took the time to explain about everything. All shutoffs and so on. If you need heating or cooling work done call them.

If I could give this company more than five stars I definitely would. Rob was so knowledgeable about the product that he installed into my house. I really appreciate how professional the whole crew was and how my new boiler hot water system was beautifully installed. They made this whole process so easy on the customer from directing us to good financing, dealing with the permits, the inspectors, removing old hot water heater and the antique boiler that was on it’s last leg.

I determined this association would be astounding, yet they were better than that. They were at our doorway only one after the call. After they were finished, they showed us the when pictures. I was charmed. They are unimaginably competent continually. I have been related with this relationship on different occasions for my property and my rental and have dependably had a decent encounter. Quality West Heating & Cooling recently visited my home to service both furnace and air conditioning units. They offered competitive prices, easy scheduling and responsive office staff among other things. The technician arrived on time and completed all the work quickly. In the course of the visit, he took the time to explain his approach and offer tips about my system. He also helped me locate and troubleshoot other issue affecting my system that was not directly related to the visit, clearly exceeding my expectations. For all these reasons, I have no concern about strongly recommending their services.

Amazing company/service at a great price. Installed a new A/C unit: cheapest quote I got with better units. Very clean and professional install. The owner even came by the morning of install: install team was great and friendly.

Had an A/C unit installed a couple years ago and had a part go bad, not only did Quality warranty the part at no cost to myself, the service from start to finish was outstanding. Scheduled appointments were kept or communicated with best estimate new time. An extra appreciation to the Technicians that traveled from Castel Rock to Denver in the evening hours on a Friday, still honor their commitment and got the A/C up and running like a champ. (Aug05 appointment it was really hott that week).
I apologize I dont remember the other tec name however Thank You! and thank you Matt! You showed alot of commitment on that first appointment to get the a/c running and my hats of to You.

I had 4 different companies come out to do an estimate for installing AC in my home and out of all the companies, Rob at Quality West was the most knowledgeable and quoted us the best price for getting AC exactly where we wanted in the house. Also, Josh, the service manager, was really fun to talk to on the phone as he had a ton of expertise on the Fujitsu mini split units as well and it really made up my mind since I wanted people who knew this stuff inside and out and they certainly did.

It was a big job and took the crew several days to complete, but they were very communicative throughout the process and cleaned up every night before leaving so we could still enjoy our spaces in the home. My house is nice and cool now and the system is QUIET!! I wish it wasn't 95 degrees outside while they were having to work in my attic, but they powered through the heat.

I would definitely recommend the guys at Quality West Heating & Cooling. I have even already recommended them to neighbors!

Efficient boiler and efficient installation. Rob (the Boiler Artist) and his courteous crew replaced my 60 year old boiler and gas water heater with an efficient new combined system that heats the house and water. Rob's talent for plumbing design and installation got the job done right on schedule and right on budget. And it looks fantastic!
