Rob and his crew of Bob, Dave, and Steven replaced our 25 y.o. boiler with a new up-to-date boiler. Rob is VERY knowlegeable about boilers and showed his better expertise when explaining every aspect during our estimation process that we had with several vendors. The installation is a "work of art" with all the piping, etc. laid out against their installed metal wall clading. He added a 3rd zone so that our heat is now more efficiently distributed. And they did a great job of cleaning up post installation. I would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend Rob/Quality West. And I will now always use them for all our boiler servicing needs. Thanks guys!

Rob and crew are awesome! After moving to our new home, we decided we needed to replace the boiler and hot water heater. Every other company we spoke to had a pushy sales person and quoted amounts that could purchase a new car. Rob was laid back and explained things without using scare tactics or trying to get us to make a decision on the spot. The estimate was very comprehensive and significantly less expensive than others I received. When it came to the time for the installation, I had to go out of town, but was kept in constant communication about updates and the status of the project. The installation team also did a great job of respecting our home while doing the work, no stained carpets, scratched floors or banged up walls and they left the work area clean and organized (per my wife who was home for the project). The completed project is BEAUTIFUL, which is saying a lot for a boiler and water heater, but it's like a steampunk work of art. The city inspector reviewed everything and commented that it was one of the best jobs they had ever seen. 10/10, will use again, just call Quality West!

I’ve been using Quality West to service my 28-year-old furnace for the last eight years. I always appreciated their honesty and willingness to keep it running year after year rather than try to sell me a new one before I needed it. I finally made the decision to replace my furnace and air-conditioning unit last month before they died on me. Since it was such a large purchase, I did get quotes from several different places in town but decided I trusted them the most. Josh and his team went out of their way to make sure I had exactly what I needed and for the price I was looking for. They went above and beyond and did such a professional job installing my units. Even the county inspector made a comment about them doing a great job. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on a long-term purchase you definitely want to make the right decision and using them is something you won’t regret. I could not be happier.

Really great staff. Very knowledgeable. They have been servicing our heating and air conditioner system. On the last visit they recommended a new one. They gave us a great deal, even had an electrician upgrade our breaker to the correct amps. Very comprehensive service. And all of the guys are great to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable about being here while they worked. Very professional - really know what they are talking about and they are really trying to get the customer the best deal without unnecessary up-selling. The air conditioner works great, is quiet and very economical. Will be using them for a yearly check up on the furnace and air but even if we move, we will be calling them to service our next house too.

I had this local company in Littleton, Colorado install a new furnace after getting several bids . They were the best price. I have since had them do both maintenance and replace a thermostat .

Quality West Boiler Services their staff were excellent! The cleaning specialists & did a great and thorough job. The customer service rep was able to give me a discount & corrected errors in my billing without any issue. Generally speaking an extraordinary collaboration and work.

I was very disappointed and surprised by this company, as I thought that they would be better given the reviews. I called for a furnace which was short cycling. When the technician arrived it was not short cycling, but had a very dirty blower motor. I asked the technician to clean the motor but was told that Quality West does not clean blower motors and that I would have to replace the whole HVAC, because he thought that the AC coils were plugged and restricting airflow. He said that my 10 year old system was at the end of its life and HVAC systems last no longer than 15 years. At this point I knew that he thought that I was ignorant of HVAC systems and was just trying to get me to replace a functional one that needed maintenance and cleaning with a new one. I called another company for a second opinion. The new technician cleaned the blower motor and did a diagnostic evaluation.. Most likely the blower capacitor would need to be replaced, but not the whole HVAC. Very disappointed with Quality West Heating, as this technician was not honest!

Matt was great! Furnace in an older home was cleaned and checked thoroughly. Since we recently moved to Colorado, we also had whole-house air purifier installed. Professional and courteous service, highly recommended!

Can’t recommend Quality West enough. They installed a new high efficiency furnace, whole house humidifier and a hot water heater for me. They’re friendly, good communicators and everyone knows their trade backwards and forward. No shortcuts, and quality work throughout.

Honestly, they’re now the standard by which I measure ALL other contractors and service professionals for my house. That sort of says it all.
